Bone Dry Roofing - St. Louis did an excellent job from estimating through completion. They were courteous, responsive and timely, and left the premises as clean as they found it. We experienced no problems whatsoever, and are happy to recommend them.

Brian came out to do a general inspection and provide an estimate on removing a satellite dish. Brian was knowledgeable and professional, and he provided an estimate on the spot. I thought the price was a little high but he also included a few minor fixes. I returned the contract and Tony arrived at my home later that week. Due to the rain and cold temperatures, Tony returned a few days later to complete the work. He and an assistant were on-site 2 hours. The shingles match nicely and all worked was completed as contracted.

Came out when and did the job as I was told, and finished in a short amount of time.

We had two persistent and elusive water problems. One was in a second floor bedroom next to the chimney, where the wall was damp to the point of the drywall getting mushy in a couple of places. The other leak was in the basement, with water coming down through the chimney into the basement. We had Bone Dry Roofing come out and they replaced the flashing where the room met the chimney, as well as around the chimney cap. That took care of the second floor bedroom problem. The wall dried out nicely, so we replaced the damaged drywall, taped, mudded, and painted. That wall is now as good as new. Actually probably a bit better. This work was a while ago and was priced out separately. We still had water coming down into the basement, so we had them come out again. It turns out water was getting behind the vinyl siding, then seeping through the sheathing, into the chimney area, and down into the basement. The cheap builder of our house didn't bother to put a waterproof membrane behind that section of siding, plus there were a couple of places where the gutters terminated next to the chimney that were not sealed properly. Bone Dry Roofing removed the siding on that section of the house, installed a waterproof membrane, added flashing where needed, repaired the areas next to the gutters that were not done right and were allowing water to penetrate, and then re-installed the siding. That work cost the $945. We've had two periods of heavy rain since those repairs were made, and the basement has zero water now. Mission accomplished! In both instances Brian from Bone Dry came out to do the analysis and estimates, and he was super to work with. He was down to earth, practical, and explained things very well. The crews that did both jobs were quick, professional, and left absolutely no mess behind. We highly recommend this company, and would definitely use them again.

I had Bone Dry Roofing come out and give me a quote. The salesman, Brian, was very good at explaining all the options I had questions about and was very knowledgeable. Brian was prompt and was easy to talk to, he did not try to press the sale. I will definitlely have them come back out and requote the roof when I have the work done, unfortunately I had some more pressing repairs to make and had to postpone the work.

Brian from Bone Dry came out at the appointed time and reviewed the condition of our roof. Bone Dry's price was competitive with other bids. The office manager (I think it was Kim) was very helpful in finding jobs they had done with possible roofing colors we were interested in. Richard and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. They were very professional. The job was completed quickly and looks great. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves. A manager from the company came out to inspect the work and go over the job with us. Job well done!

I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Everyone from the the representative who negotiated the deal to the crew chief and roofers was simply amazing. The quality of their work and my experience as a customer left nothing to be desired. I am happy I selected Bone Dry Roofing to perform our job, and intend to sign with them to perform the remaining siding work on our home. In May 2013 a tornado came within a few hundred yards our home, causing wind damage to our existing roof, siding, and gutters. I had four different companies bid on the job. Bone dry wasn't the cheapest (nor the most expensive), but their service stood out from the beginning. That, coupled with the reasonably fair price, stellar AL reviews, a better than average labor warranty, and their standard practice of hand-nailing the entire roof triggered us to select them over the competition. Watching these guys work was incredible. From the moment I saw them begin to lay down felt, I&W shield, and start laying the new roof I knew I had made the right decision. Their desire to do the job right was obvious, and their skill with hand-nailing is something to see in person. These guys are good. The entire roofing job was completed and cleaned up within 1 day. The gutters and downs were replaced on a separate day after the roofing work, and was also completed in a single day. I have had no problems with the workmanship of either job so far, and the new roof looks great. On the service side, every time I've had a question or requested slight changes in the job details Bone Dry was always patient and responsive. I felt they cared about me as a customer and wanted me to walk away happy. Even after the completion of the job they've been in touch for thanks and to make sure I'm happy. This is a business that understands the importance of both quality and the customer experience, which clearly wasn't the case for every one of the roofers I contacted. I've already recommended them to both friends and family.

Can't fault the service - prompt, polite, a small problem but quickly and painlessly fixed. Would definitely use again.

We had minor miscellaneous damage from the May tornado. Bone dry Roofing (Brian) came out and gave an estimate for the needed repairs, and it was almost exactly what our insurance company had quoted for us also. There was one missing roof shingle, as well as five damaged ones, so Bone Dry replaced six shingles, and "sealed nail heads on cap ends" while up there. We had two sections of torn vinyl siding on one side of the house. Brian ordered seven pieces of the siding he helped me select, and since it wasn't going to be an exact color match against the ten year old house, he recommended the new pieces go on the back of the house, behind a tree, and the exsisting pieces from there can be transferred to the visible side of the house needing the repair. Perfect! The side of the house that was repaired looks flawless now, I can't even see the transferred pieces, and we can't even really see the color difference of the new siding behind the tree, unless we look really hard. Lastly, we had one shutter blown off the front, so he ordered a new pair of shutters for that window, and they are a perfect match! While up there, they also secured one more shutter that was loose. Brian was easy to work with, and the office was very accommodating with scheduling. The crew was very polite. I felt horrible, as it had rained the day before, and it was very muddy on the side of the house where they had to put their ladders and replace the siding. But they didn't complain at all.

A representative went over the estimate and what to expect with us when we interviewed him in the selection process. When it was time to sign the contract, he went over it again and gave us pros and cons regarding our options. He explained the warranty. Materials were delivered when stated. The installers arrived about 1.5 hours later than expected, but they got to work quickly when they did. The supervisor called each day to tell us when they were on their way. They cleaned up every night.. Supervisor came every day, and left his phone number when we had questions. They placed shields along side the house between the house and debris box to protect the shingles. It was hard to get in and out of the house for awhile. The supervisor inspected the work with one of us at the end of the job. It looks great.

We were happy with the results. They were easy to work with over the phone and showed up when they were supposed to and everything went as planned.

The new roof was originally scheduled to be installed on Friday, September 20, 2013. But that morning, because of impending storms, they re-scheduled for the following morning, Saturday, September 21. They showed up early and completed the entire project in one day. I cannot say enough positive things about Bone Dry Roofing ? from the very first phone call to request an estimate, to the completion of the project. Each time I called the office, the phone was answered on the first ring. Whether it was Kim or Ron, they were always very responsive, professional and courteous. When I had questions prior to the actual work, Bryan would always return my calls within a matter of minutes. I needed some time to get my finances together, and everyone was very patient with me. They did not pressure me, nor try to rush me into anything. During the actual work, Rick was on site the entire time, and explained everything that needed to be done regarding replacement of some sections of wood, and an estimate of what the added cost would be. When the project was completed, the crew cleaned up the entire area. It looked as though they were never there. I would highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing. I will not hesitate to use them again on future projects.

Bone Dry was out within days after requesting a bid. Ron furnished us with an immediate bid. The price surprised us because the two previous bids were only slightly less expensive, but Ron was really good about any questions we asked and we knew it was the right company to choose. Days later, Larry and Cole, the applicators were on the job, bright and early to begin work. Incidentally, Larry and Cole are father-son team who did a SUPER job. When the job was complete, they left the work area as clean as when they arrived . My wife and I are happy campers. I highly recommend BONE DRY!

Responsiveness was excellent. Ron was at our house a couple of days after I called, and he explained the entire process and provided me with a clear set of options. The shingles were delivered exactly as promised, and the installation crew arrived early on the date promised for installation, The crew was extremely courteous, appeared to be well trained and efficient, and did a remarkable job of clean-up after the install was complete. After installation, I was given a thorough walk-through. I am completed satisfied with the entire roof installation process and would not hesitate to recommend Bone Dry Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof.

Brian came out to bid the job. After checking my roof and attic he told me I needed venting to decrease the summer temperatures in the upper level of my two-story home. He provided different options for me to choose from and explained all of them. Product installed was slightly different than what was bid. Brian explained why to my satisfaction. The work was successful - this summer it was cooler in the upper level of my home.

Everything went well. The whole team did an excellent job. They were able to actually beat the original time estimate for being able to get to the job, which was great. They reviewed what the issue was, thoroughly explained it to my wife and myself.

Overall working with Bone Dry has been quite satisfying throughout the whole pprocess. Brian McNamee made an appointment and appeared on time. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He answered all questions and soon produced an estimate with two good options. Price was competative with other bids. Later through the process his response to questions has sometimes taken more time than expected. Work was delayed by about a week due to back ordered fan, but Brian and Tony did everything possible to reduce the delay. Tiago and his coworker from the siding crew worked hard, fast and efficient in removing and later replacing facia and soffit and drilling holes in eves. A small initial misunderstanding was successfully and promptly resolved due to their flexible attitude.Tony, from the roofing crew, appeared on time and was very diligent, professional, and efficient in installing the ventilation buffles and the roof fan. He answered all questions. He even went beyond my expectations, when he investigated a small gutter problem and unplugged a downspout per my request. Both crews cleaned up after themselves very well after the completion of the job.

Brian came out and took a look at the repairs we needed. He made his recommendations and gave us the proposal before he left. Tony called to let me know he was on his way to start the work. He completed the repairs and cleaned up the mess.

It went great. They showed up when they said they would. The roof, ridge vent and sky lights were done in one day. They came back a week or two later and installed the new gutters. They cleaned everything up after the job. They were professional and I would use them again. Everything looks awesome!

Showed up on time for appointment. Bought the house and we knew there were problems (albeit minor) with the roof. Wanted the satellite dish which was bolted through the roof to be removed and the cables taken down as well. Estimator came out and examined the roof, showing me pictures of the different issues he found. He then wrote me a quote for 3 things: 1) To do the work I asked for (remove the dish and fix the shingles where damaged) 2) Replace the items noted in the home inspection (and then his) that showed heavily caulked areas indicating site of possible prior leaking) 3) Replace the flashing around other vents of the house For the 3rd item, he said it was optional and did not think that the things were a big issue, but would replace them if requested. I declined this work and went for number 1 and 2. I was told that because this job was small that they would get to me (weather depending) within the next 7-10 days. They did show up and fix the roof (I was not present) and did the work requested, leaving the satellite dish off to the side of the house as I requested. I was sent an email and had a follow up phone call, as well as information in the mail. Could not be happier. Service was good and showed up on time. Appreciate the business.

The entire experience was very positive. The sales team was on top of all activity. The project manager was present all day. The workmanship was top-notch: they use a hammer and nails not a nail gun!They worked to get feedback from my insurance company and scheduled the roofing in a timely manner.

Richard Kampplain, Production Supervisor, and his team arrived early, and completely finished the job of slate removal and shingle installation in one day. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism, work ethic, and courteous attitudes. I will definitely recommend Bone Dry Roofing to anyone that is in need of roof replacement or repair.
