Ron fit me in quickly to match my vacation days. His team were polite and cleaned up their mess. I feel confident that they did the work correctly.

Ron called on the day of the appointment and said that he was ahead of schedule, so I was able to get the appointment finished early, which was great. He arrived, looked at the roof, and told me that all I needed was a caulking gun to replace the piece that had blown off, and that a service call wasn't even necessary (which would have been $175). He was honest and didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. He even left me some material to help solidify the spot where the shingle broke. I will definitely call them if I have roofing needs in the future.

I was satisfied with the service. They really did do a good job. They checked back after the job, to make sure that the work had been completed satisfactorly and thanked me for the business. Then they also sent pictures of the work before and after completion.

For the most part very happy with the service. The roof went on just fine & with top quality workmanship. My only complaint is that it took their gutter guy over a month to get the gutters installed. They committed to have him over several times & he just didn't show. Not only that, but I had to call Bone Dry to figure out what's going on... they didn't call me. That said, once the gutters finally got installed, the workmanship was very good. Overall I'm satified with Bone Dry, although at the time, the gutter issue was aggrivating.

I would highly recommend them as they do not try to sell services that are not needed. I have used them before and I would use them again. They were professional and they were on time. They explained the service and they were very helpful.

they did the inspection for the quote. Once they showed up to do the roof they said I needed an electrician to move something on the roof. They refused to do it themselves. Wouldn't start without it. Seems like since they had been on the roof to do the quote they should have told me in advance

They were wonderful. You couldn't find a nail anywhere when they left. They cleaned up daily. Their personnel worked quickly and were all very polite and efficient.

We were very pleased with the work done. The crew showed up on time did the work and cleaned up when they were finished. We had old dishes from previous cable companies and they removed them. We are very pleased and have suggested the company to others who were looking for a roofing company.

The estimates that we got were for different types of work for the same problem. We went with a particular roofer who in the end seemed that they were going to provide what seemed the most relevant work and at the best lowest estimate. That was not Bone Dry.

It went fine. They were a reputable company to work with and they were easy to get a hold of.

IBone Dry Roofing, Inc. - St Louis didn't give me many choices for a new roof. That's one reason I didn't use them. Their approach and professionalism is fine, but they seemed a little too busy for me. They gave me a quick quote and told me they couldn't start it for a few months.

These fellows were just great. They found ways to save us money repairing a roof that had been poorly installed by someone else years before. They came quickly, did the work as promised and under budget, and just did everything exceptionally well. Now another leak has appeared (not related to their earlier repairs)-- during a rainy day of course -- and even though they're closed until Monday, they returned a Saturday morning email and voicemail in less than 30 minutes, and had a crew here in an hour. What do you suppose the chances are that we'll ask Bone Dry to replace this roof? High.

Everything was very smooth. From the initial estimate to the repair everyone was up front, honest, and friendly.

We were first visited by Brian. What a superstar--he should be the first point of contact for all businesses. Totally professional, totally knowledgable, and totally nice. Roof was completed in slightly more than one day. Bone Dry addressed all issues we had immediately and professionally. Would use them again if we ever need another roof.

The best aspect of the service provided by Bone Dry was the estimate provided by Brian. When he came to my home, he got up on the roof, did a full examination, took pictures, and checked everything extremely thoroughly. I had contacted two other contractors. One also got up on the roof, but would only recommend a total roof replacement - at a very high cost. The other contractor did not even get on the roof to inspect what was going on and provided an estimate of $200+ more than the estimate provided by Brian. It was the level of attention to detail and assessment of what was going on that led me to ask Bone Dry to do the repair work. Once I scheduled the work, the workman came on the day committed and completed the work properly. Since the work was all outside, he didn't even need to ask me for anything - he just got right to it and got it done the same day, as promised.

Highly recommend this company. Very professional, high quality work, easy to work with, kept their promises. Our new roof looks great and some friends who know roofing have commented on the quality techniques used.

We had 2 bids for less money, but we were unable to get some straight answers we asked that made sense and the companies charged more for services as we told them the recommendations from the insurance adjuster.. The Bone Dry Roofing, Inc. answered all of our questions and their price ended up being less than the other companies. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up when they were finished. We were at the end of the season and the extended date was only made worse due to the fact that my insurance provider did not pay all that was due and wanted to pay for a 20 year shingle when they could not reasonably be purchased currently. Ron (the roofer) stepped in as an arbitrator and straightened out the insurance adjuster. We decided to go ahead in spite of not getting the total insurance payment. Prior to installing the roof Ron advised that there were a lot of knot holed whereby the previous roof was installed over them and could possibly void the warranty for the shingles. I agreed to replace the boards with the knot holes which added an extra $1,300 which was discouraging but needed to be done to do the job right. The job was finished in about two days not counting the rain delay and Ron was influential in getting a year end discount along with negotiating with the insurance adjuster for 25 year shingles. This work was done on a rental property. I currently need some work on my personal home in which my previous roofer cannot seem to fix a leak on the front porch. The previous roofer came back several time to "caulk" up some shingles which did not stop the leak. Once we get a warm spell Bone Dry will repair some flashing against the dormer which they claim is the cause of the leak.

They were great, very polite, on time, and did what they said they would when they said they would. The house looks terrific.

They were great They were substantially less expensive than the other estimates I received so I was a bit apprehensive but they were timely, courteous, communicative. The work was done properly and well. Cleanup was good. Highly satisfied.

They came out, look at my roof and gave me a quote. They were knowledgeable and the quote they gave was reasonable but we're still not ready to do the project yet.

Estimate was fair. Both the estimator and the roofer were friendly and on time. The work looks good.
