Description of Work: Bone Dry sent a representative to look at our roof a day after we made contact. He performed emergency repair of wind removed shingles (a rain was on its way). Additionally, he evaluated our entire roof and found a number of areas that required attention (ranging from exposed nail heads, to repairing flashing that was installed improperly. They followed up with their team to complete the other repairs a couple of days later. I received multiple calls asking specifics of how I wanted things handled as well as bringing attention to a brick problem with our chimney. All contact with was very professional and thorough. I would recommend Bone Dry.

Description of Work: Provider fixed leaks by replacing shingles in a valley and replacing flashing. Added flashing around the fireplace chimney. Looks very nice and no leaks. Would definitely call again. Went great!

Description of Work: Bone Dry replaced some shingles and rotted plywood, and replaced some gutters. This is an area where an addition to the house joins to original building, and it has always been a problem in heavy rains. We had about 5 estimates, but the work Bone Dry proposed (combination of roof and gutter fixes) made the most sense and the price was very reasonable. The workers for both jobs were very professional, and cleaned up after themselves completely. Within a week after they finished the remnants of Hurricane Isaac came through St Louis, and the roof/gutters did a great job.

Description of Work: Contacted Bone Dry Roofing and made an appointment for a roof repair, had a serious leak around the chimney and running into a bedroom closet. Brian (Business Mgr.) showed up right on time and provided a estimate and said they could have someone here in 7 to 10 days but would try to put a rush on the job. The next afternoon, Rich (Supervisor) showed up and started working on the roof but ran out of daylight. Expecting rain, he installed a temporary rain barrier and showed up the next day to finish the job. Brian and Rich were pleasant and professional to work with.

Description of Work: Repaired roof, installed bath vent to roof, 160 feet of gutter apron, replaced bad plywood (33), insta-ridge vent and architectural shingles.

Description of Work: My insurance adjuster recommended that I get a new roof. I searched Angies List for the top Providers and decided on Bone Dry based on ratings and other peoples remarks. They did a complete tear off and whole new roof installation. They arrived on time and completed the job in one day. They were there from 8:00 in the mornng until 9:00 that evening to complete the job in over 105 degree weather. They were all very professional and friendly. The roof looks great. They covered the area around the house to protect the plants and contain any debris from removing the old roof. They cleand everything up when they left and used a magnet to get any stray roofing nails. I was pleased with them and their work.

Description of Work: Ron called me back the next morning after I submitted an email via Angie's List. He made an appt and was right on time. Unfortunately (weird to say this), but it doesn't look like the roof is the problem. I would have loved to have had Ron do the work because I think he would have done a great job.

Description of Work: I had a roof leak, and called Bone Dry: Ron came out and did an extremely thorough investigation, including climbing into the attic, and then going up on my steep-pitched roof. He saw it was two holes that needed patching. He provided an estimate, and a form for me to approve. I got a call at work a couple of days later saying someone had stopped by to fix it - I didn't even have to be there. A week or so later I was in the attic and noticed one of the holes still open: I called them, and Cody came out right away to inspect. He got on the roof and ended up patching a different problem, but he couldn't reach the hole. The next day someone else came and patched it while I was at work. But despite the multiple visits, they didn't charge me any more. The work is holding up very well, no more leaks! I plan on using them for the roof replacement I will need in a few years, and have recommend them to several people: Super professionalism.

Description of Work: Ron came out to look at my chimney for a long standing problem of a slow leak threw an inside wall near chimney. He checked over the entire chimney including the flashing around the chimney and the chimney cap. He took photos of the cap with his phone which displayed a poorly done job by a previous company and the current condition of the cap (also poor). Ron unfortunately was not able to provide tuckpointing service for me as he said he did not have any tuckpointers working for him currently. I at least now have his opinion of the situation and am armed with knowledge and photos of what needs to be done. I appreciated his time and honesty.
