Two Men And A Truck

It was fine. They were efficient and did the job well. It was raining that day. I have no complaints that I can recall.

We have been really pleased with them. They did a good job. They show up on time. Their crew is very positive. They are hardworking. We have used them 10 times with the same consistent results. When they have moved valuable things they follow instruction to the T. They try to match the movers with the move. They always call to see how everything is going during the move. They give me a card with each of the movers that come that day. They are open to constructive criticism. They make sure they have done everything before they will leave. Even after they clocked out, they did 5 minutes more of work. I would highly recommend them.

The service went well. I had used the company in the past to move my things to a storage locker as well. The company is reliable. A crew of 3 helped move my things and completed the move in 1 day. They took great care of my things and nothing was damaged. They even helped me put together some beds. They went above and beyond for me. I had no problem scheduling the service. I really like that they are bonded, insured and well known.

We were scheduled to meet the movers at a storage facility between 2pm and 6pm on August 28th, 2014. At 5:45pm, when the movers had not yet arrived, we contacted them only to find out that the moving crew had called it a day and returned to their office, and had no intention of keeping the appointment. Poor service is one thing, but abusive service is quite another. Highly recommend finding another provider.

The came to my house to provide an estimate and informed me it would take one truck but on the day of moving they informed us the estimate was incorrect and we needed two trucks. They did provide a discount and apologized, but it was very frustrating.

I haven't called them but I'm a little bit perturbed with finding the (?) broken that they never told me about. They were late and wasn't able to do the whole move and one day they left and came back at four in the afternoon. They were suppose to be there by three. There prices were high. I will not use them again in the future.

I HAD TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES AND LEAVE MULTIPLE MESSAGES BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO REACH SOMEONE AT COMPANY. THEY DID A ROUGH ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE BASED ON MY DETAILED LIST OF WHAT WAS MOVING. THEY DECLINED TO COME OUT TO MY HOUSE TO SEE WHAT WAS ACTUALLY BEING MOVED TO GIVE A BETTER ESTIMATE. I EXPLAINED THAT BASED ON WHAT WAS BEING MOVED, I WOULD LIKE THEM TO PACK AND MOVE ON ONE DAY. THEY SAID THAT WAS COMPLETELY UNREALISTIC DESPITE THE FACT THEY NEVER CAME OUT TO REVIEW THE CONTENTS.

Showed up timely, was very professional and did anything I requested of them. They worked quickly and were extremely helpful.

On time. Super fast and very courteous. Treated my items with respect. During unload, Movers took my items to the appropriate rooms. Movers even helped me reassemble my bed.

nice big truck and two 20 something college kids. very nice kids and did their best. didn't wrap furniture as well as i would have hoped and a few delicate pieces were nicked, so you might want to oversee that process. both worked really hard to fit a couch in the basement that just would not fit, but i really appreciated the strong effort.

Wow! They sent me two young men, Corey and Dan, and they guys were go-getters! They worked hard, non-stop, until the work was done and they did a great job. They were also very polite. This was the first stage of a two-part move. We will use them for the second part as well!

I set up the move a month ahead of time. They asked details of what I wanted to move and estimated it would take 5 men and two trucks and 8.5 hours to move. They estimated the cost which included set up charge, 2 trucks, and five men at an hour rate of about $275. (Friends who were moving told me they'd received hourly estimates of $250 from other movers, but I elected to stick with 2 men & a truck). On move day they showed up on time. All of the men immediately went to work and didn't stop until the job was done. They protected the house door jams and rails with special blankets. They protected furniture by wrapping it in blankets and then shrink wrapping it with plastic. They moved quickly without goofing off and had a household of goods loaded in about 3 hours. At the new house they quickly unloaded. They paid attention to weather. As a storm moved in, they backed the truck up to the garage and because the furniture was protected they were able to continue working despite rain and hail. Even though they helped me disassemble and reassemble furniture they completed the job early and billed me for 7.5 hours of work rather then the estimated 8.5 hours. They were quick, careful, professional, and friendly. The bid estimate was surprisingly accurate. I had no damage to either house or my household goods. I was happy to buy their lunch @ $10 each and tip each of them $25-$30 which, when added to the $2260 cost of service, made my total out lay about $2500.

This was an "in-house" move. I have a very heavy washer and dryer and in both cases, the young men did a very professional job in getting the appliances out of a small room, through a relatively narrow doorway, down a hall and into the dining room and then reversing the procedure to get the items to their original space in the laundry area. Since there is a minimum charge of one hour for each trip, they assured me if there was anything else I needed moved they would do it. I did have them move my piano out from the wall in my den about 3 feet on the first trip so I could paint the wall behind it and on the return trip, the other gentlemen moved it back and repositioned it. I was very happy to have both jobs taken care of in such a professional way. My thanks to them.

The men (I actually had four men and two trucks) were professional and fun to have in my homes. They worked very well together and kept me very informed. I have moved many times in my life and this was the BEST experience. The combination of efficiency, professionalism and humor was just perfect.

Two men and a truck arrived within the allotted time frame that was quoted to me over the phone. When they arrived at the house, Kamil, the lead, explained the paperwork thoroughly and he and his co-worker, Loren, got to work. They moved some rather large and heavy items from the second floor to the house. When they got to the house, they made sure to ask where the items went in the house. They then unwrapped all the items and cleaned up after themselves. Kamil and Loren were very helpful, nice and always had a smile on their faces.

I've been using them for in and there and they are absolutely phenomenal. They move one piece, a whole house, or whatever but they are courteous and they go above and beyond. They made the first move yesterday and I'm using them on Wednesday to move again but they're really good, everything they say they'd going to do, they do and they exceed above and beyond what your expectations are. They came in, rate all the stuff, guarded everything and I just "point and click", stood back, and they gave me an estimate through e-mail. They gave me a $600 estimate but when they were done moving, they only let me pay $320, so it was based only from the time they used and that was honesty. If you move, they are very good and trusting company. They were very patient, clean, very professional, and watch out the door.

Excellent service. Would definitely use again. Even refunded about $50 when they finished early.

The 2 gentlemen were very professional, very polite and considerate of my belongings. They were great and I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing a mover.

The company was very accommodating . Because there was snow in the forecast, the company very willingly moved my scheduled move up a day. We just had the move complete when it began snowing. The men were very cooperative to my request to wrap anything which had to go outside. The men were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recomend this company to everyone.
