Description of Work: They moved us into our new house in two separate moves. The first crew was excellent. The second crew was good. Took a lot of care to ensure nothing was damaged and the floors and walls protected. They were also fast.

Description of Work: They were to move everything from the attic to my new house. They only moved a portion of it they were four hours late getting there. And then they quit right at 5 o'clock told me they had run out of boxes. Then I found in the boxes at my house that they had tried to hide in my garage and next to my house, they were not out of boxes. They only had half a truck full of items and did not move any furniture. They broke a couple of items, vases.

Description of Work: They moved a three bedroom house--at least most of it as we are staging the house- they moved furniture from basement to upstairs when upstairs furniture was moved out of the old house for new house. They were cautious with furniture. We had snow on the ground but they took extra steps to ensure flooring and furniture protection.

I WOULD GIVE THEM A HIGHER GRADE IF THEY HAD SHOWN UP ON TIME. ADDITIONALLY, I WOULD ONLY HIRE THEM AGAIN IF THEY COULD GIVE ME A SPECIFIC ARRIVAL TIME, RATHER THAN SUCH A LARGE WINDOW.
