I had set up an appointment but then canceled. They have been calling non-stop ever since. Extremely high pressure company. I had to block them.

Don’t work with this company, they are a scam, spent $18,000 just for the material they said was the most durable in the industry to crack less than a week after installation, on top of that they left a hole in my bathroom wall which I have contacted them about multiple times and they refuse to send someone out to fix it. And let’s not even get started on how they treat their employees. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, save your money. Their average shower(just shower, no other improvements in the bathroom) is $20,000+ even though it’s literally fake imitation tile, you could find much better anywhere else or even doing it yourself. I strongly recommend working with any other bathroom company. This has been such a regret, I hope anyone reading this truly takes my advice, I now can’t afford to even have someone else come redo my bathroom, god knows how long I am going to be stuck with the atrocity they installed in my house.

Our salesperson Ryan and the installers Danny S and Tyler were amazing! Danny and Tyler were very pleasant, kept me informed, answered questions and kept the entire area clean throughout the process. One glitch, not due to Danny or Tyler, caused a delay and having to sit in 270 traffic made it even worse. They finished the project in one day even though they had to work later into the evening.

The guys from Bath Authority Dan S and Tyler were outstanding in the work they did today.!!!

The workers were very professional. They kept me informed of the work as it progressed. And they left everything clean when they were done.
