It was quick and easy. Great work and team. Professional and about their business. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

First - I will note that I was offered money ($50) to put in a review (we will see if I get the money after it is not a positive one!) - I suspect that many other reviewers were paid for their response. You may want to account for that in how you weight their reviews. I called Stonebridge after I found a leaky roof. It turned out I had hail damage to my roof and my siding. They promised to repair everything and that they would not charge me more than the insurance. As far as I can tell, they did do a nice job on my roof. They were even professional during the process. We had a few minor hiccups, but I was happy with them at the time. However there are several problems that remained: 1. After they fixed my roof, they informed me that they didn't do the inside work. However, they had promised me they would do that work when they were getting me to sign the contract, and I had been explicit about asking. 2. After I was done with the roof, they asked for a testimonial and a statement stating satisfaction. However, they hadn't finished all of the jobs they had promised to do. I was happy to say I was satisfied by the roof, but I thought they'd do the other work they promised. They didn't. Be wary of claims by them about how satisfied their customers are - this is a dishonest practice. 3. For the siding, I had numerous problems with them. They were unable to choose a material or color for siding, wanting me to pick it. I am hiring them to make the decision, but they wouldn't move forward without me selecting the materials. They wouldn't even recommend one to me for me to then ok. 4. Ultimately, we have an uncompleted contract, but if you call the number above, they say they are the company but they are actually the answering service. My messages to resolve the issue have gone unreturned, and the case rep won't call me back either. To be honest, that bothers me more than the rest. When you call, ask if it is an answering service - if that's who you get, you can tell the customer service you will get later on.

One thing that stuck out to us, after our first job was done, however, was his insistence that we write him "5 star reviews" on like 6 different sites. I did that. Had him back out a few months ago to look at another roofing and gutter problem, and he looked at it but never recommended any repairs. Cleaned some debris off the roof and left. Then he started texting us repeatedly asking for another "5 star review" on another 6 or 8 sites. He escalated his requests to where we honestly felt harassed and manipulated. Texting went on for like 5 days before he finally stopped badgering us repeatedly. (he didn't DO anything to earn a rating of any type.....just harassing text messages, for which we will NOT give someone a 5 star rating!). I feel uncomfortable working with someone who, regardless of what they do or don't do, seems only concerned with ratings on Angie's List, YP. com, yelp, etc. I would read 5 star reviews on this company with caution...seeing as many of them are possible coerced.

WOW!! What an amazing set of contractors! I was totally unfamiliar with the process of getting a new roof. I also needed new siding on one side of my house and new gutters. Was I going to have to find individual contractors? Did a little bit of research and found Stonebridge Roofing. They were immediate in response time and kept great contact throughout the work done. Different teams of professionals for each area all provided by Stonebridge though. No legwork for me. LOVED the work they did and would HIGHLY recommend them!!!! Watched neighbors having work done shortly thereafter by a different company. I am SOOOO glad we chose who we did! Thanks Mike, Ollie, & Roger! (Will be saving your name to pass along.)

Well first off I called and the receptionist got me in touch with Fernando who then scheduled a time to come out to my house to "check the damage" upon inspection he noticed a couple small hail dings and dents but nothing probably not enough that would warrant a replacement. Phew!! This was a relief as the fly by night storm chasers were all over my neighborhood replacing roofs every couple houses it seemed. Good thing I called a LOCAL company to make sure nothing needed to get done. Because of this I am 100% going to call them when I do need a replacement until then I'll just hope for good weather.

We couldn't have had a better experience with Stonebridge Roofing, especially working with Fernando and Roger. They were so very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in explaining things to us in regard to our roof and gutters. They always returned calls promptly and answered all our questions fully. The work that was done to our house was performed quickly and efficiently not to mention their thorough cleanup when the job was complete. Our roof and gutters look beautiful now. We couldn't be happier with the excellent care they took of us. They guide you through each step of the process. There is no doubt that customer satisfaction is their main goal. A mid-May hailstorm required extensive work on my damaged roof and siding. Having nearly no experience in significant homeowner claims, I knew I needed a contractor who could do three things. 1. be a knowledgeable advisor to educate me on the best value options 2. be my advocate to guide me as needed with insurance 3. have the solid broad experience to do all aspects of the work I read reviews on Angie's list and interviewed 3 companies before selecting Stonebridge to do all the work. I'm glad I selected them! I first met Michael who explained how their approach focused on getting a good experience for customer. To do this, he worked at explaining what was and wasn't included in the detailed and confusing adjuster report, how they make working with the insurance distribution process simple and showed me where to get independent reviews of the quality of their materials. Since insurance was only covering a portion of siding on an old house, Michael said he would send a siding sample to a firm used by the insurance industry to see if a match could be found. After signing, Ollie took over the contract admin and Roger was the project manager. They were very busy with lots of other hail damage work but were always fast and helpful in coordinating our work. With insurance covering only a portion of the siding Ollie worked with us get to a fair price to re-side the whole house & gutters. Roger was a new Project Manager but was very responsive to react anything that was needed, and showed up regularly to check progress. We saw three different crews, roofing, siding, and gutters. Each was fast, courteous, and worked at leaving a CLEAN WORK SITE! If hail damages my house today- I'll only need to make one contractor call. I've got Stonebridge in my favorites. Tom Holt

They did a great job and took pride in the overall project. They finished in a timely manner. My home looks completely different after the completion of the work. They met with me multiple times to discuss the project including time management/pricing/overall repair. My roof looked really bad prior to this project! The entire project took a total of two days which is favorable in Missouri especially when the weather changes so quickly. I would refer them to anybody! 5++

Stonebridge did an excellent job installing everything. Workers were polite and communicated well. I only had a couple of issues. One was not showing up on time or at all a couple of the days, but I think the biggest issue was the clean up. There were nails and trash left on the roof and in the yard. Asked repeatedly to have the area cleaned up, but ended up having to do it myself.

Fernando was friendly, knowledgable and got us taken care of when we needed it. Cleaned up well when they were done. Would definitely use them again!

After the large hail storm in May, several roofing companies came to my door offering to inspect my roof. Not wanting to use a fly by night company, I researched roofing companies online. I came across Stonebridge Roofing. Their reviews and A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau is what prompted me to give them a call. They were very professional through every step of the process. They are prompt returning your calls with any questions or concerns. It took three days to complete my roof and each day before leaving the job site was clean. My roof looks amazing and I would definitely recommend Stonebridge roofing to my family and friends.

From start to finish, Stonebridge was excellent. Very knowledgeable, responsive & early to work with. They did a great job on the roof.

Fernando came to look at the roof quickly and explained several problems that were contributing to the leak. He clearly explained how he could fix the problems. I agreed to the proposal, and the work was completed within a few days. It has rained several times since then, and it is clear that the problem has been fixed.

Large crew arrived on time & completed roofing in one day! Fascia & gutters completed one week later. A few minor issues were all fixed.

The work was done correctly and professionally and Fernando made sure the product was installed to his and my standards. It is obviously very important to him and the company that they receive A ratings, and they prove it. Fernando was on site on Saturday to oversee and inspect the final coating of the product and then offered me a walk-through inspection of the roof and answered all questions about the product and the 50-year manufacturer's warranty. The price was fair, the installation and application were professional. We will recommend them to friends and family and would use them again in the future.

Stonebridge was the only roofing company that was able to respond to our leaking roof within 24 hours! They had the leak covered before the next storm came and got us scheduled to replace our roof within 2 weeks. Our new roof was done in a few days and it looks great. The quality of the the work is good and we would call Stonebridge again (but hopefully we won't need to for a long time!)
