+ -1 moreBoth my Dad and brother had used Eric and after my a/c guy who installed my system 4 years ago was not returning my calls, I reached out to him. Eric returned my call within an hour and was over at my house shortly after. This was a late Friday afternoon, and the part that needed replaced could not be obtained until Monday - which meant no a/c all weekend in 90+ degree weather. But he knew of a way to get the part within an hour and though it added a bit to the bill, it was totally worth the price to have a livable house for the weekend. He did great, professional work and I plan to use him again.
