Description of Work: I contacted the company several times to set up an appointment for siding, gutters, and windows. They did call me back right away, but never did make it out to my home. They did say if they took the job, it would be months before they could begin work. After several weeks of waiting, I called a few other companies. In the end Window World came out a few days later, gave me a written estimate on site, and started the work. I have no idea what the quality of this company is. Maybe they are so backed up because they are very good and in demand. However, after weeks of no communication and not knowing if they were even interested in doing the job, I just went elsewhere.

Description of Work: Roofed 1 flat roof. 1 garage roof and one home roof. Removed old roofs and redid. Very tidy and punctual.

Description of Work: After a few minor communication issues getting the estimate completed correctly, everything went smoothly. Richards Roofing really cares about doing good work and seem to also care about their customer. When it turned out that my original wood roof decking was all bad, they went out of their way to mitigate the cost increase. I had two other bids from other companies...all three were pretty close in price. I chose Richards based on Angie's List ratings and my gut feeling. I did not go wrong. I highly recommend.

Description of Work: I had to call them to find out when they would take final measurement for new Windows. Having signed an mailed them the contract I thought they would call me. The installer came out as scheduled. He did a thorough and professional job. After 2 weeks, I am back to waiting for them to call and schedule the installation. Frustrating.

Description of Work: We wanted to wait a year before responding to make sure there were no leakage problems. Repaired small balcony above bay window. After some initial miscommunication, the original estimate/repair was for the wrong balcony and the small balcony repair was more extensive than anticipated. Richards staff was professional and courteous and worked with us to resolve any problems. They did a good job with the repair although one of the original poles is slightly crooked. We would use them again but do a better job communicating our needs.

Description of Work: I asked Richards for an estimate to repair leaks to a metal roof they had not installed. They sent an examiner within a few days to inspect our project. The owner was busy for the weekend so the examiner did explain the bid would be delayed. Richards decided they did not want to do the work and sent a letter explaining why. I thought that was very professional to turn down work instead of doing it and not being able to follow up later.

Description of Work: New Roof. I had tried several roofing companies but none could compare with Richards Roofing. Kevin Kilpatrick was especially helpful. He came out within 48 hours and diagnosed my leaking problem. His crew showed up exactly as promised and were very neat and clean. Now I no longer get up after a rain(and St Louis has certainly had it's share) and look for water in the family room. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They put on a new roof. The roof looks great, and they clean up thoroughly. They were as prompt as the weather permitted and very pleasant. I would work with the again.

Description of Work: Siding,soffit and facsia. I was very happy with the final results. Looks really nice. Only reason I gave a B was job took way too long to get done. Not good communication as to why. The owner did call to apologize and took something off the final bill.

Description of Work: We will definitely be calling Richards Roofing to do our new roof and siding in the near future. They were here on time, prompt and let us know that the problem we asked them out to see was not an emergency and that it could be taken care of in a couple years. That's honesty. We had others here who recommended "immediate repair".
