I am very pleased with their work. Jim arrived to give me an estimate. He was wonderful and provided a thorough explanation of the work. Randy and the entire staff were exemplary. The worker arrived right on time. He prepped the area very well and explained how the process works and the time needed to complete it. The results were amazing. I'm thrilled with how my tile looks. I wish I had done this sooner. I'm planning to get my other bathroom refinished this Spring. I would highly recommend Refinishing Plus to anyone. This is a family owned business with a great work ethic. Jim even caulked my kitchen back splash tile for me. Very fair price, high quality results.

On time, as agreed upon. Because I don't live in this property, I'm out of state and on the road frequently, I did nearly all of my communication with Refinishing Plus via email and on the day of, with text messages. They did a very nice job and I would hire them again. The only "bump" was totally my fault. I had removed the fixtures and purchased replacements. I did NOT dry fit them before the refinish. Afterward, I discovered that I had to sweat a new pipe onto the existing tub spout and it was very close to my newly refinished surface. Fortunately, we were able to shield the heat from the tub and get it done. Otherwise, I would have had to call them back to fix my blunder. Make sure you dry fit your new parts BEFORE they refinish in case you need to make adjustments.

Prompt courteous and quality craftsmanship

Overall we were very pleased with the quality of the job, the work was excellent. The only negative I had was that for both jobs they were late. For the first appointment it was not a big deal as they stated the guy would be there sometime mid-morning, and even though he didn't get there until after noon, I had the whole day available. However, the second time I specifically stated I had to leave by a certain time in order to make it to work, and they agreed it would not be a problem, but were late again and I had to call my father to cover over and meet them. Both times he did a great job and cleaned up after himself, but they should make an effort to be on time.

They failed to show up to work. The painter didn't want to work around the furniture.

Randy was able to give us a quick quote and was willing to work with our needs very well to accomplish what we needed for a great price. The painter was on time and very professional, and he did a great job with minimal inconvenience and fumes. The next day, another worker came by to finish any clean up and put on the finishing touches. I couldn’t have been any happier with the results and the price, as well as the professionalism.

My tub turned out great! Had to come back and seal it but that was an easy schedule appointment also.

I have an old bathtub, age 1936, which had been previously refinished. The old finish had to be removed first , also much rust around the drain , and the metal drain plate itself was corroded badly. They added a new cover to hide the old corroded drain. The paint job is beautiful and the tub looks like new. Everything was very professional, from getting the quote to completing the job. Jim was here for several extra hours , as there was a unexpected problem in removing the old caulking around the tub, but he solved the problem and everything turned out beautifully. Also , please notice they offer a five year warranty.

Gary did a very meticulous job on the tub, and it looks brand new. This was a great investment vs tearing out and replacing with a new tub.

Everyone I had contact with was great. The response time was excellent!! I was notified of a cancellation and was able to get the service sooner than scheduled. They were very accommodating to my time schedule and the service guys were on time, professional, and did a awesome job with the reglaze!The tub looks new! I would definitely recommend them and use them again when needed.

My experience with Refinishing Plus has been fantastic from the beginning. I reached out to 3 other companies for a bid and Refinishing Plus was chosen based on costs combined with the quality ratings on Angies List. We needed an aggressive schedule based on some external factors and Randy was able to easily meet our deadlines. The finished product looks fantastic and Randy ensured we were completely satisfied prior to accepting payment. He and his dad were a pleasure to work with and I've already sent their contact info to a friend with a similar bathroom need. Look no further if you have a similar need.

The tub had to be stripped by blasting and new glaze was applied. They were taped plastic to protect tile and laid plastic down on floor to protect flooring and carpets. They were great to work with and showed up when expected.

This company did all our their scheduling and estimating with me over a smartphone, since I was away from home the whole day, including pictures of refinishing examples. They were on time, they spent all the time they needed setting up, and finished the whole project in one day, even though it probably took longer than they wanted to spend here. The best part is that it looks ridiculously better, so good that I'm even scared to put anything on it. They also suggested that I do a couple of window sills in the kitchen to match the counters, and didn't even charge extra. Sooo glad I chose them.

It turned out great. The tub literally looks brand new and cost a whole lot less. I was very pleased with the results and impressed with the friendliness of the individuals who did the work. They knew what they were doing and were also very nice! There is a 5 year guarantee on the tub which provided me with piece of mind. , but they say it typically lasts even longer.
