Excellent. I had a couple of communications with Jeanine in the office that went very well. The technician showed up promptly, was very polite, and thorough. I have used this company before, with equally good results. I highly recommend them.

It took 2 hours for them to complete the service. they gave us a complementary service for roaches.

The first control was applied and additional spray areas I asked them to cover was done as requested.

Took advantage of Angie's promotion for this company and paid $129 for a spring/fall treatment that was offered. Placed the order on 3-6-2017, never heard a thing from the company. Waited a week and called on 3-13-2017 in the morning, was told that Lindsey was handling the Angie's promotions and that she would call me back shortly. Well waited until very late afternoon, never heard from the company so I called Angie's. Spoke with Clint and he issued me an immediate refund and apologized for the company. Told him that the company acted like they just did not care.

They showed up on time and took care of the job.

It took awhile but I haven't seen any mice for awhile. Do still see bird seed droppings periodically. My biggest problem with this company is communication. They do not follow up on their work. I called a short time before they were to follow up and was told they would call when it was enough time after treatment. I've never heard from them. I believe I should have been called in the fall.

It has been going great, I spoke with Josh at the beginning of spring and he told me it would take awhile to get under control, he was right too! I still have some weeds but my lawn is looking good right now and I am having him put new grass in my yard next month, hopefully this will fix my bare spots.

It went well, he caught two moles the first time he came out. He reset them for me and left them out for two or three more weeks. He didn't catch any more than the two originally but that's OK because I haven't seen any since. If I do I will be calling him again. It was a little pricey for just two moles but it worked.

It was okay, it was good. They were prompt, they were good and they were professional.

Very good. We called and they came out on schedule. We were satisfied. We didn't have ants after that so that was good. Price was very reasonable. They did what they said they were going to do.

Appointment was set for today between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. That in itself is frustrating. Its now 12:09 and BIG SHOCKER, no one showed up. Between Angie's List who endorses/vets the contractors and the Pro-Pest who didn't show up--someone owes me 4 hours of vacation time that I had to take today. Who do I send the invoice to?????????? I recommend that you not do business with this company and that you cancel your Angie's List subscription.

It was fine. They did a good job. The $129 was for two sprays. They were prompt and knowledgeable. They were competitive.

So far we have not seen any bugs or spiders.

tech did not spray where we asked. we had spider nest around outside window sills that he did not spray even though we asked him to. We had to go behind him latter and spray ourselves In my opinion he did not do a thorough job.

Courteous and informative and treated the entire interior and exterior.

They called & said they couldn't do the work because they didn't go to Glencoe Mo , Which I explained the township is called Wildwood now after it was incorporated . They do service Wildwood area but couldn't come to my home because of the old name of Glencoe . I paid for it by credit card thru Angis List & had to go to Master Card to get credit back , after a few phone calls .

They were excellent across the board. I would use them again.
