+ -1 moreSchedueling was easy. The serviceman arrived in the alloted time and performed the service efficiently but the effectiveness of the extermination did not last long. The wasps have not returned but the ants were back within days and the spiders within the first month.

+ -1 moreThe young man was thorough and careful. So far, we have not seen additional pests, specifically, the small chemical ants which were very hard to get rid of. We still have the Fall treatment to complete.
Description of Work: We purchased a pest control treatment for Spring and Fall. The Spring treatment was completed. The ad described treatment for the attic as well, but when the provider arrived, he stated that he could not spray in the attic for liability reasons; he did, however, provide a fogger to be used at a later date when the residence would be vacant for a time. He left it with us to do at our convenience.

They have not responded to my email asking about the rodent control or wasp treatment. I forwarded the email that had all of details about the deal and my receipt.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. Technician showed up on time, explained the process and answered every question. He thoroughly explained the guarantee and told us to call if we continue to see ants and that he would come back and retreat with no additional charge. Thus far we are ant free.
Description of Work: Treated both inside and outside of the house for insects, especially ants. In lieu of treating the attic and garage, the technician actually went down into the crawlspace through at trap door in a room addition and inspected and treated for pests.

They just keep telling me that I have the wrong address and make questions on my purchase. This is not a very honorable company, they do not honor the terms.
