It went very well. I was very happy. They did very well. They didn't leave any smell or anything that was horrible in the house. It was very good experience. They were there when they said they were going to be there. They called me promptly. There was nothing that I could have asked for. I would absolutely use them in the future. They were fabulous.

They are a very good company, are very professional, and easy to work with. After the first treatment we noticed a few bugs so I called them and they apologized and sent someone out the next day.

They did a really good job! They really went way overboard. The young man was more accommodating than I expected. Even giving me his personal telephone number and coming back a couple time until they got rid of the wasps. I would highly recommend them to anyone at any time.

It was okay. I bought that one for three separate services, one for fall, winter and spring. They showed up. To improve they could not be so frugal spraying things. They barely sprayed.

The Pro- Pest employee was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He told me that the ants would carry the poison back to their nest and it would kill them all, but It might take a few days. Boy was he right. No more ants! Hope they are all dead. I haven't seen any kind of bug in my house which is exactly the result I wanted. The guy even told me that if I continued to see ants that he would come back out for no additional cost.

The tech arrived when promised and did a professional job with no problems.

They did a great job. Came out to my house once every three or four months with no hassles, did what they do included spraying for insects all around the house and completely took care of my problem all year long

I was able to schedule appointment quickly. Great contact thru emails & reps on phone were very friendly. When the tech arrived we walked around the outside of the house to show him my concerns & he addressed them all. Bees are gone! We still have a follow up visit. Highly recommend & will use them in the future.

The work was excellent. Since the service, I have had no problems of pests of any kind in my home. The technician was very professional and thorough.

They came and sprayed around the house and outside of the house as well. Will follow-up for quarterly inspections.

Michael was very responsive, punctual, and professional. I had been raining a lot before my appointment, Michael called the day before the appointment and told me that we would have to see the weather next day because it would not be effective if it was done during rain. We ended up rescheduled due to the weather. He was punctual and thorough, I could tell his spray was working when I found out cockroaches dead on the back right outside of door by the kitchen next two days:)

I highly recommend this company. The technician was prompt, polite, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. I bugged him :-) with numerous questions to better understand how to avoid bugs. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and did not seem frustrated.

Their customer service was easy to work with, and the person who came to my house was polite and answered any question I had. Great. We started using them after we moved into our house and discovered an ant problem that first Spring. They did a great job and were affordable so we signed up for a yearly membership and have been using them for a couple of years now.
