Description of Work: We recently moved into a house that had a number of windows with broken seals. Penny Window came out, measured and gave a cost to repair. With in a week of paying half down, they returned and repaired all the windows. They were very professional and quick. We are very satisfied and will use Penny Window in the future.

Description of Work: We had Penny Windows install 14 new windows at our house. Chuck, the estimator spent time during the initial visit explaining their product & services. He came back again to go over the final estimate in detail and answered all our questions. When we committed to our purchase with Penny they gave us time lines that they met. There were no hidden surprises or additional charges. The installation crew, Tim & Ryan, showed up on time in a clean, well identified truck. They were very courteous and professional. They were at our house for 2 full days. They worked steadily and they cleaned up the debris as they worked. They treated our property like it was their own. Even our dog liked them!! When they took out the old windows they immediately put in the new window. They put down drop-cloths inside and vacuumed as they went. Outside, they protected our plants with covers. I was very plesed with the whole transaction from start to finish. I will strongly recommend Penny and their installation crew, Tim & Ryan.
