The technician called to let me know he was on the way and arrived on time. He went to work right away and quickly performed all the necessary checks and oiled the rollers. He noticed that one of the lights on the opener was out and investigated the problem. The light socket needed to be replaced. Replacement of that part was not covered under the service charge special price so I paid the additional charge which seemed fair. The technician was professional and answered my questions as I observed the work. I was very satisfied with the service provided.

Well overall. Sales person and installer were terrific. Installer pointed out that 1 double panel was damaged in shipping. OH ordered and replaced damaged panel after received. It took awhile for replacement panel, but use of door wasn't affected by damaged part while we were waiting.

I picked Overhead because they had done an emergency replacement for me several years ago. I was very impressed with how they responded at that time, so I called them for this non-emergency. The work was performed, at the price quoted, and the opener is just as quiet and appears to be as reliable as the one installed several years ago. There are differences in the remote actuator, the key pad, and the control by my kitchen door. But nothing that reduces my opinion of their opener or their service.

We have yearly maintenance done on the door which includes inspection of all chains, gears, door frames, springs, etc. They also put new batteries in the remotes. It's well worth the price of $125 to have everything inspected and tuned. We've had this done several years now and each tech is polite, punctual and thorough.

The door had to be ordered but it only took a few weeks. It was scheduled promptly and the installer went above and beyond.

They also checked other areas of the garage doors.

This was a terrible customer service experience. When I called the office to confirm the appointment, and give them my credit card information, Kathy at the front desk was rude, impatient, curt, and treated my as if my business did not matter. I am a busy school teacher who has very little time during the day to make appointments, and this company's customer service did not aid in this situation. I told her I wanted to cancel the appointment because of her attitude, and she said fine - without offering even an apology. Do not use this company!

It went fantastic. They were wonderful. I highly recommend them. They showed up on time, they were professional, they got the job done, they cleared up the debris, and they were gone. There was absolutely no hassle whatsoever.

They did a wonderful job. We didn't have to have a brand new garage door opener. They repaired it and oiled it and it's working fine. They got it to where it was working good and still is. They were here when they said they would be. They looked at it and didn't say with needed a new one, they worked with us on getting it repaired and we were very pleased with them.

The technician diagnosed the problem with the garage door and let me know the photocells on the door were bad. He replaced the photocells, tested the door and completed a routine maintenance check. The door is now working like new.

Installer Zach Summer called and said he would arrive @ 8:30 AM to complete the removal of the existing garage door and install the new garage door. He arrived at 8:25 AM. I had to leave for an appointment and asked him approximately when he expected the work to be completed. He indicated he would be finished by 11:30 AM. I returned at 11:25 AM. He and his assistant Chris had the previous garage door removed, loaded on their service vehicle and the new garage door in place and operational. They were gone by 11:30 AM. I sincerely appreciate their timeliness and professionalism.

Overhead door was great! The sales process was simple and well explained. The work was done in one morning and they did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything. They even moved my old opener to the 3rd car garage. Doors look absolutely great and have performed perfectly for more than a year now and still look like new. They were very competitive price wise. I would highly recommend overhead door.

It went very well. The first door was a little too long, so they had to remake it, but otherwise it went well. The techs were friendly, on time, and considerate. Our salesman was top notch. I would recommend them to friends and family members. They are a little pricey, but they do excellent work.

Our garage door torsion bar gave out; our usual garage door guys could not come out on Saturday ; the young guy that come over did good work ; appeared honest and was professional ; after he left we went to shop and could not get back into house as none of our remotes would work ; contacted manager next day who was very responsive and sent a guy over to our house; the second guy was older ... Appeared disinterested ....tried calling tech support for garage opener company and stated they are closed; he stated its a circuit board problem and suggested new openers; I advised him that door openers were fine only problem was the torsion bar and perhaps as the system was un plugged it reset the system. Also one of the two only had maintenance done on it and prior to tune up was working just fine... He set up another appt. and left ; I asked him all I wanted was my remotes and number pads reprogrammed ... He made some gestures to attempt to reprogram (I later found out he was just pushing random buttons) I had advised him to maybe look up online manual if he can't reach tech support ... He insisted he is pretty sure the circuit board is the issue... Well after he left I looked up the manual online and lo and behold the first guy from Saturday had turned the vacation lock switch to the on position on both the garage openers when moving the switches from one side of door to other... I clicked them to off position and thanked the Lord for the blessings of the Internet

In my original review, I felt the cost for the service was high. Shortly after, I received a phone call from Brian. He stated he was willing to work with me on the price.

We are very satisfied with the Overhead Door Co. He actually arrived five minutes early as to punctuality. We found them very honest in every way and will definitely call again. Zero complaints, tons of praise. Thanks a lot Overhead great job.

They were fine. No complaints at all.

The garage door was not closing properly. Called Overhead who we have past positive experience with. Discovered a cable was broken. We replaced both cables. He also checked the other components of the door during the visit. Took two visits because had to obtain the parts. Very satisfied with this work. .

One of the repairs we needed to do after purchasing our new (to us) home was to replace the side trim and bottom rubber bumper on our garage door after some kind of animal chewed through it (probably due to the previous owners storing bird seed in the garage). I called the company because their sticker was on our garage door and I worked with Clint at their repair/parts service desk, who was supremely helpful, to determine the model number of our 18 year old door and the correct trim parts needed. He also walked me through how to go about doing the repair ourselves-- which we did successfully. I'd use this company again for any future garage door needs.
