Description of Work: They did a great job. My only problem was that I had scheduled them to come out on Friday and when I called mid day, they said that it was scheduled. So I rescheduled it for Tuesday between 7am and 9am. They were supposed to call me with a time but I went ahead and called them and again it was in the schedule but when I told them how frustrated I was,they did come out later on Tuesday. They said it was a glitch in the system but I think it was a glitch in whoever was scheduling. When they did come, they did a good job.

Description of Work: One of the springs on my garage had broken. Overhead Door Company replaced both springs and put an additional bar on my door to stabilize it as it was bending in one spot when it was raising up. they checked all joints, rollers and the motor. I was very pleased with the friendly, professional manner of the technician.

Description of Work: The project as all about replacement of a garage door and opener. We found the two installers to be friendly, proficient and efficient. They took the time to explain the process and took the time after the job was complete to explain the operation and answer any questions. We had contacted a " big box" store and found Overhead Door to be less expensive with excellent service. We had used them some years ago at another house & had been impressed with them and was happy to find them with an excellent Angie's List rating, with which I can completely agree.
