Technician was friendly, courteous and professional.

The rep was rude and insulting. If my son had not been there I would have just told the rep to leave. I don't know if he objected to the area of the house, my ***, age or gender. They did not make a sale. Other experiences with this company from the technical aspect, have been very good. The technician has always taken good care of me over the years. I'm not a fresh customer to them, I had a bad incident.

They removed my old garage door, installed a new one, connected my door opener and adjusted it's travel. All of the work was great and the new door works as it should.

Salesperson and installer were both on time and provided excellent service.

Terrible experience. OHGDSTL showed up on thw wrong day and would not have shown at all if I had not called THREE HOURS into the 4 hour window for a technician arrival on the actual day of service. The technician was rude and argumentative. And ONLY SERVICED ONE OF THE TWO DOORS that they were hired to repair. When you are a busy mom, making service calls is a pain. And whenI cannot rely on service providers for support it is incredibly frustrating.

Spring broke in the evening after normal business hours. Submitted a service request online for the following morning. I was contacted promptly the next morning and was the second stop of the day. Bob was very nice and professional. Excellent experience overall.

Service was great. Spring broke late Sunday night. Went on-line and filled out the service request for Monday am. We received a call first thing Monday morning. The technician was out to our house within 30 minutes. Repair was completed by 10:30 am. Mike the technician was very professional.

Very well. A new home inspection revealed issues with the mounting of the spring assembly to the wall. We ask has troubles with light bulbs not fitting securely in the socket. St. Louis door company arrived very promptly to do the work. They quickly noticed half the spring was broken and several hinges were not properly attached to the door. They made these repairs and also replaced the garage door opener which was approximately 20 years old. It works great and we are very satisfied.

Extremely fast, prompt, and professional. The only reason I did grade an A is due to price. Cost was over $300. In addition this garage door is only 6 years old (and was installed by Overhead). The spring should not have broke in 6 years (warranty was 5 years). Disappointing in quality of product.

Installation was completed satisfactorily and in a timely fashion. The installer was very competent and professional. The garage door opens smoothly and has a tight seal when locked.

Our experience was first class. Everything was done on time and to our complete satisfaction. The old garage door and opener were removed and hauled away, the new door and opener installed. They cleaned up after themselves and we could not be happier. The new door is beautiful and quiet as can be.
