I would not recommend this company. They are not flexible when making appointments. If you need a specific time, then you have to schedule over a week in advance. However this means nothing to them. Be prepared for a call the day before your appointment informing you that they have to cancel you appointment. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. There are plenty of good plumbers out there that understand what customer service is. unfortunately this place is not one of them.

It was fine. They came out within a week. The price was average with everybody else.

They immediately responded and came to **** the water off since I didn't think I had enough time for a complete repair. However Robert said he could get the faucet and both shutoff valves replaced in the time I had. He was very very efficient and professional as well as being incredibly friendly. I will most definitely hire them for the additional work I need done.

Incredibly well. Robert was very diligent about correcting the issues in a very timely manner. Because the kitchen faucet needed replacement, advised to approach Moen about providing replacement free of charge because only 3 years old. He was right on, and had replaced within the calendar week. Needless to say, i HIGHLY recommend.

I thought the guy that came out was really really good the company charge me more than I thought they should and actually they charge me more than they said that they would charge me and there was no reason for that because I had a brand new facets thing to install and I never complain about it, it was like twenty dollars more.

We recently moved to a house in Clayton and a number of plumbing issues have popped up. Maplewood Plumbing has always delivered timely and efficient service. We highly recommend them.

The workman arrived exactly on time. He was polite, efficient and very thorough. He even wore booties so he didn't get the floor dirty. The service included replacement of the water shutoff valve and the floor flange.

On my own I replaced a leaky cartridge in my shower, but soon after I was getting very little flow through the hot water side the bathroom and the rest of the house. This has been an issue for several years with the hot water getting less and less pressure. The galvanized pipe that was original to the house was slowly turning to stone. I had enough. I wanted to be able to take a nice hot shower, so I called Maplewood Plumbing. They were able to schedule an appointment same-day and Robert showed up on time. He tried replacing one section of pipe, but it was almost completely blocked and with the man-handling of the pipes more corrosion flaked off and made the issue worse. So he called the office and they sent out some PEX and a helper and they spent the rest of the afternoon replacing all the corroded pipe they could get access to without opening up the walls with new plastic pipe and copper fittings.. They did a fantastic job, I now have hot water pressure that I have not experienced in years. They were done in an afternoon and even helped me un-goober (technical term) my shower head. After they were done, they cleaned up really well and left the house better then when they came. I probably could have gotten a better deal by shopping around a little, but I didn't have the energy for that. They did a great job and I am happy with the work done. Maplewood Plumbing really made my day. Now time for that hot shower...

He was professional, no nonsense and personable. He did a very competent job. It was definitely worth it. He came in a giant vehicle that had EVERYTHING he needed so he didn't have to leave once he got there. He was all finished in about 2 hours.

Service was scheduled within a few days of my call. Everyone I talked to at Maplewood plumbing was professional and friendly. They did the job as quoted. I am very happy with the results. I will definitely call them next time I need a plumber. A+

It went very well. I was impressed.

It went great. They were very prompt about getting the lean waivers when I needed them. Robert showed up, and took apart the wall to fix one pipe, but it was apparent that there was a badly corroded and leaking pipe right next to it. He worked in a really cramped, tight spot, but got it all replaced and running well.

Great experience...recommended the right size tank. Very punctual, didn't try to over-sell me. Would highly recommend and would use again.

This was a big deal purchase. It turned out very well and we are very pleased with them. The price was just what we expected and just worked out just fine. What they did had something to do with the master bedroom bath, but I am not sure. But whatever it was it was good. The fellow was helpful, cordial and did everything they said they were going to do and probably a little bit more. It was good and we would use them again.

Service was great. Our usual plumber wasn't able to schedule an appointment for another week. Maplewood plumbing was here the next day, and was even available early. The technician was professional, polite and did very good work. He finished quickly and explained all the work done. Prices were reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

This service call went well. The major problem in the kitchen has been taken care of. There were leaks in three different areas. Robert with Maplewood Plumbing was courteous, professional, methodical, and informative. We have used this firm once in the past, and if the need arises, will do so in the future.

The plumbing supply store that we needed the part from did not find time to return the call to verify if they had a replacement cartridge. The plumber had a cartridge that was very close to the one needed, he installed the cartridge he had in the truck and it worked! The plumber was courteous, friendly, on time and was thoughtful to wear shoe booties. .
