It worked out very good The problem was quickly identified and the solution was straight forward. it was unclogged within 10 minutes.

The service technician was very nice and professional.

I had scheduled an appt for Thursday, but they called me Tuesday morning and asked if I would like someone to come out that day, which I did. Aaron was on time, very polite, got the repair completed quickly, and kept everything clean. This was my first time using Maplewood Plumbing, and I will continue to use them. Based on today's experience, I would recommend them.

Originally scheduled to arrive today, they called a few hours later (this past Monday) and said they had a technician who was free. Aaron arrived and took care of the wax ring (see, just enough knowledge to know what's wrong, but not enough to fix it...but wise enough to not cause more trouble). He was professional, easy-going, and very quick. We couldn't be more pleased. Look...everyone complains about the cost of plumbers. Tough! How much is your time worth? I did enough damage with my original "fix" and knew it was time to call in a professional. He was finished in 45 minutes. Worth $183. Heck ya!

These guys are great starting with the ladies in the office, then David who did the inItial evaluation, then Will who did the estimate, then the really labor intensive work done by Dom and Pat with Rob, as well as Brad stepping in to help with the new installation and the rest of the crew. I asked lots of questions from the beginning and reviewed the work throughout the various steps, and they always explained well to my satisfaction. For the amount of work that was done and seeing first hand the labor and experience involved, I feel I was given a fair price. I would highly recommend Maplewood Plumbing to anyone and have already done so several times. I already plan on having them return for some future planned work. These guys are a class act!

I was extremely please with the services provided. I had used a big deal to have the faucet fixed by a handyman service previously. The work wasn't done properly, and I needed to have it redone. It turns out it was cheaper to have Maplewood Plumbing repair it with a licensed and experienced plumber. And I received a one year warranty.

Arrived in a timely manner and only did work that was necessary at this time. Work was nice and clean.

Service was done the day before it was scheduled, since company had an opening. Serviceman called 30 minutes before arriving to notify he was on the way. Replacement took less time than estimated. Cost was below estimate due to less time spent.

They diagnosed the problem, and even discovered additional issues with the house plumbing that otherwise would not have been discovered.

Great. While they were there they spotted another problem and immediately fixed it as well.

Brad from Maplewood Plumbing called me when he was on his way to our house. When he arrived, he determined that there was a crack in the outside faucet pipe. The repair included replacement of the faucet. The price charged included the price of the service call and one hour of labor ($159), as well as $59 for the new faucet and two other parts. He asked if there was anything else he could do, and I said I needed some advice on a possible plumbing project for the future. He took time to look at our kitchen plumbing, both under the sink and where it enters the basement, and he noted issues with the venting and with a pipe that is angled improperly. I really appreciated the information he provided, along with his repair work. This is typical of our experiences with Maplewood Plumbing. It's great to know who to call when plumbing is a problem in our 90+ year old house.

Great done in less time than anticipated!

It all went according to schedule. The workers were friendly, capable and hard-working.

very smooth. our plumber was great and kind. despite going over the cost of the estimate they did not charge more than quoted.

The plumber was very punctual and polite and did an excellent job. He made a couple of additional recommendations regarding our aging pipes and unsupported water heater overflow tank while he was here, but didn't push any services. He was also great when our giant, hyper dog got inquisitive and came over to say hi. The price was a little more than we were expecting, mostly because the awkward space he had to fit the sink into required some extra time and parts from his truck, but seemed to be in line with what we had seen while researching our plumbing options.

Very well. i would hire this company again.

The repairman was on time and very polite. He fixed the leaking faucet and it has not been a problem since his repair. I would recommend this company for their quality of work and professionalism. Due to a family scheduling conflict, the original appointment had to be rescheduled on short notice. Maplewood Plumbing was very accommodating and rescheduled us quickly.

I had been told by a previous provider that my plumbing would have to be moved to solve the stoppage problem, but David, who was able to come within about 30 minutes of my call to the company, snaked the plumbing. This completely unclogged the sink. He also replaced a specialized washer and explained a few drain-related items. I was impressed by his ability to fix what I had been dealing with for months!

Excellent work. They were able to respond within a few hours of my call. David was GREAT ! He showed up assessed the problem and had the job fixed very quickly. He also had a number of helpful recommendations to prevent the problem from happening again. Price was extremely competitive compared to others I called, not to mention the coupon for Angie's List customers.

Nicole was awesome, responded to my call immediately arranged the appointment. Robert the plumber was extremely courteous, fast, and clean. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I understood the process. I couldn't be happier with this Company. Now I can relax knowing my bathroom fixtures are working as they should. Stay away from this company! Their guy came out, made the original problem worse, broke multiple other things in the process, charged full price, and was completely unapologetic about the whole situation. Our shower was no longer getting hot, so we called Maplewood Plumbing. Their employee, Robert, came to the house, acted unprofessional, broke our main water valve, broke the valve to the shower, and damaged our kitchen ceiling from a water leak directly below the shower in question. As a result, it will cost us approximately $2000 to address the damage caused by their visit. The attached picture shows the damage to our kitchen ceiling. In the aftermath of this fiasco, the company's manager continued to pester us, insisting that their employee did not cause the damage found by the other plumbing company who we had to hire to repair the problems. Do not let this company into your home!
