Description of Work: I called Maplewood Plumbing in November 2014 to fix a leaking toilet tank. It is an old toilet and the repair was more difficult and more expensive than I had anticipated. Maplewood Plumbing explained my alternatives -- order an expensive replacement part, have them modify an available part, or install a new toilet. Costs were in the same range for all choices so I opted to order the replacement part. Maplewood took extra effort to locate the part at the least cost and installed it when it arrived. I am completely satisfied with their service.

Description of Work: Replaced stopper on the bathtub as the spring was no longer functioning. Called at 8:30 or so and provider arrived at my door by 10:30 am same day. Even as if I had extra work for him to do as the stopper replacement went so quickly and due to their minimum charge for coming out.

Description of Work: The owner came out after I called. We had been left high and dry by another contrator that did not finish the job we had hired him for. We had paid for most of the work but we needed it finished. When he came out he could have taken advantage of us but he called the city and let them know what was going on and they made sure the job was done. As a result, we didn't use them, but should I need a plumber again or know someone that does, I wlll definitely use or recommend this company. You won't find a more honest man
