Description of Work: Replaced two toilets and repaired an immense clog in one. Also replaced a kitchen faucet. Price was high because I purchased pricey toilets and a kitchen faucet from them. They also offered less expensive models. Work was well done; plumbers were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them again if I need plumbing work.

Description of Work: I had no hot water coming out of my shower and it was some piece that needed replacing. He had the part and fixed it. Everything was done within about 1/2 hour or less. I had prepaid for 1.5 hours through a special, so he re-caulked around the shower head too. I highly recommend them! I gave them a B for price because I feel like it's a little expensive, although totally worth it and I'm not sure what the going rates are. About $85 of that was for the part. $135 for the deal. I will definitely call them in the future!

Description of Work: We went out of network with our home warranty program and had Maplewood replace our water heater. The sales person who first came was a little unprepared and complained a lot about warranty companies, but he was nice and dealt well with them on the phone when it came time. The guys who replaced the water heater the next day were really wonderful. I think Maplewood might be a bit pricier, but you're also dealing with a more put-together company who was responsive, timely, and did quality work. In the end, the warranty company is reimbursing us for all but the STL City permit. We're thrilled.

Description of Work: Installed tub with plumbing in utility room plus hooked up washer. Also replaced faucet in bathroom. I provided all of the major hardware. Did good job. I had used them previously in February to replace faucet in kitchen plus somewhat replumbing of water lines to refrigerator, so I had some prior experience with them. I provided faucet hardware then too.
