When we explained to Nicky that we had to turn off the water to the entire house, she was able to get a plumber out to the house that afternoon. Our serviceman was Aaron. He was on time, courteous, knowlegeable and quick. He replaced the two turn off valves under the kitchen sink and also installed the new faucet and sprayer we had purchased. We were very pleased with his work and the attention to our emergency by the office staff. Our kitchen water supply was returned to normal very promptly. Aaron left the worksite clean and neat. Thank you to everyone who responded to our need.

Robert has been here twice before, so we knew what to expect: pleasant, professional, and efficient. We had a fill valve problem and replaced the fill valve with an identical piece. However, upon replacement, the water line was leaking, and the shutoff was not entirely stopping the water from filling. Robert reseated the work I had done, explained what my problem was - missing seal, and replaced the shutoff. No troubles since.

I purchased an electric tankless and pre-filter/softener directly from the manufacturer and started hunting for a plumber to install it. Now most all plumbers recommended against a tankless hot water heater, and Maplewood wasn't really any different in this regard. BUT, they listened to us, didn't treat us like idiots, and obliged us in our foolishness and they were really awesome. They did the job quickly and without a mess. Also, WE LOVE OUR NEW TANKLESS HOT WATER HEATER! I looked at our electric bill after 2 months (March-April) of using our Stiebel-Eltron E-tankless whole-house water heater unit, and the kW usage actually DECREASED from one year ago for those same two months. That’s right, there was no increase in our electric bill. As expected, our gas usage decreased. My wife was very worried because she often ended up talking to the plumber issuing the dire warnings and predictions about our silly misguided endeavor to get a tankless unit. Now, she couldn’t be happier. Tandem back-to-back showers all day long, if we wanted. Never ending hot water! Thank you Maplewood Plumbing for helping us!

Spire reported we had a problem with our hot water heater valve. Maplewood Plumbing was able to fit us in the following day and arrived in the identified window. The technician was friendly and professional. He was able to get everything completed in less than 30 minutes. We were happy with the service, especially the quick appointment so we only had one day of luke warm showers.

David was awesome. We had another company off Angie’s list come out and tell us we were going to have to tear up our basement floor. Maplewood took the time to troubleshoot the problem and kept us informed the entire time and was able to clear the drain and assure us there was no break in the line. I will call them again for any plumbing needs.

Absolute best. I had three bids. One was way over the top. The other bid was slightly lower than the one from Maplewood Plumbing, but they stopped responding to my questions after I asked them two times. I understand that if it was just a $200 job, then it would not be worth the time, but $2,500 was no chump change. Couldn't I ask just a couple more questions to make sure I knew what I was getting into? Maplewood plumbing was different, from start to finish. They even came out a second time to take a closer look to reassure me on what needed to be moved or removed first in order to start their work. I doubt many companies would want to do that. The plumbers working on the job were happy to answer questions as well. There was a small drip in the water supply line/shutoff valve area of the toilet after they were done with the job, They fixed it after a call. Some companies just leave these loose ends unfixed, but they didn't. The office staff was also responsive and professional. All in all, they were such a pleasure to work with. Will definitely hire them for future plumbing needs.

The water line for my fridge cracked and it was raining in my basement. They were quick and responsive to coming out and performing the repair. They also said part of a nearby gas pipe was corroded as the leak had been ongoing and recommended replacing it as well. They came out the next morning and performed that repair. Cost was very reasonable for two site visits, labor and materials.

The plumber identified the problem as a worn-out wax seal and the repair was done under one hour. No mess, quick and professional.

They are really exspensive. Took the guy 1.75 hours. Should not have taken that long since I just had it cabled out 10 months ago. This was for preventative, was not having any issues. Nicole in the office told me it took a long time because there were a lot of roots. Not true...I watched the video as he was cabling. Part of his gig is recording and put your sewer line on a flashdrive...is that really necessary?! Not sure when I would ever need that. Just takes up time.

I just wanted to know if I needed to auger my drain line. David came and used the scope and showed me all the drains in my house. This was great! No way will I augur my lines out again without seeing the damage on the tv screen! Thanks David! No auguring was necessary. I used the angies list coupon.

The repairs were done in a timely manner and have not needed to be fixed again.

Easy as can be and the wood smells AMAZING!!!!!

We were so impressed with his diligence in investigating our sudden jump in water bill (ave $70 jumped to $429!!!) that we signed on to make improvements in 3 bathrooms which we had avoided for years. Maplewood Plumbing's fees conform to market rates, but the difference is it does excellent work and makes us feel like we received kindness and great value. Thank you!

Robert the plumber did his usual thorough and expert job. Properly seated and reattached the toilet and sealed appropriate gaps.

Excellent job. This project started with just a leaky bathtub drain. It ended with a new vanity and a new toilet. It did not end with us having to redo the entire bathroom, which was something that was hanging over us if one thing went wrong. Robert, from Maplewood Plumbing, was able to fix the drain and get a good a good seal around some rusty areas. He replaced the toilet without knocking off any of the very loose tiles and he put in a vanity and the plumbing using the old pipe saving us a third time from having to do a total redo. Robert was professional, honest in his comments and good at his craft. It's nice to finally have a plumbing company that we can call and know we are in good hands.

The work they did was great and the guy who came to my house was professional and very kind to both me and my young son. It was a great experience will call them again for sure.

Everything was well done and professional. They cut through the wall cleanly and installed an access panel for the hole. Will definitely use them again. In fact, I used them to replace a drain stack in the basement of a rental property we own the following week. It went perfectly as well.

The service went well. The plumbers removed a rock and some debris that was obstructing the flow of water. They also took a video of our line which showed some cracks.

The guy arrived with out a water pressure valve. Then wanted to charge me an hourly rate to go pick up one. I clearly described the problem as being low to no water pressure to the 1fl and 2fl when using the washing machine, which is located in the bsmt. The guy carries the valves, but just didn't have one on his truck that day. I ordered the exact same valve on Amazon and received it faster than the next available appointment. I was charged my Angies list coupon plus about $485 additional dollars.
