It went very well. They were able to come out the day after I called. They fixed the problem quickly and were quite thorough in checking that the drain pipe was alright.

High quality work. This repair couldn't have come at a worse time (major car repair, rather sudden vet expense for a family pet) and they worked with us on a payment plan for splitting it in thirds. After a few months (hubby forgot to forward me the email invoice the first month), we got it paid off and Maplewood Plumbing called to say "Thanks for hanging in there and your balance is paid in full." Very nice of them to be flexible and will certianly use them again!

He was higher in price than who we picked, but that wasn't the only reason we didn't chose him. We wanted to know how they would approach it and see what all they would say. They were friendly and local (which I liked). They were very responsive, fast and very interested in doing the work. I think the plumber we chose was a bit more logical in their approach, maybe a bit more professional and lower priced.

The plumbers were punctual and professional and installed the unit efficiently and correctly.

We woke up to find water pouring into our basement. I called Maplewood Plumbing at 8:30 am. They had a plumber (Brian) to our house within the hour. We were told that the rate would be $95 initial service fee for the first 30 minutes and then $25 for every 15 minutes after that. After inspecting the situation and giving us a thorough explanation, Brian referred us to a sub-contractor to do the cable work required. He waived the service fee of $95! Brian made the initial call to the cable company and followed up with us via phone call after only 45 minutes of leaving our home to make sure the sub-contractor had contacted us. Excellent customer service.

The hot water pressure in our house was very poor. We suspected the problem was corrosion build-up in our 60 year old galvanized pipes. We had several companies look at our problem and submit proposal for replacing the pipes. Ron, from Maplewood Plumbing looked at the layout of the pipes, discussed with us what approach might be best for replacing the pipes. They had a proposal to us the next day. The proposal was straight forward and the cost was one of the more reasonable estimates we received. It took a few weeks before we made up our minds, but after we decided to go with Maplewood, they were able to start the work within a few days. It took two days to complete the job. Dan & Brian, the plumbers who did the work made sure we had water over night. They did a beautiful job with a minimum of disruption. They were even able to fish pipes up through a wall to avoid tearing it open. We were very happy with the work and everyone we dealt with at this company was very nice, professional and good to work with.

Plumber had to crawl into the attic to support the stack to prevent it from slipping and also to prevent damage to a lead pipe leading from the kitchen sink and dish washer to the waste line. All precautions were taken, work efficiently and professionally performed. They didn't make a mess as would be expected with this type of repair and they cleaned up everything before departing. I couldn't have been more satisfied.

The person who came was good and knew what he was doing. He had some bad luck. We have a hammering problem as it makes a lot of noise. To investigate it, he shut off the water in the house and when he did that the valve broke and ended up having a replacement for it. It did not solve the original problem, but it was kind of good that the valve broke. He was good and I will call him back.

They were very good and thorough. The price was reasonable.

It went well. Maplewood Plumbing showed up, investigated the issue, suggested additional research, provided references to other companies, and followed up after a week to insure the problem was resolved.

Amazing price and quality! Workers were always punctual, neat, and friendly. They also helped keep the project on schedule. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor (I've lived in a 120 year old house for the past 11 years...dealt with lots of contractors). If you have an old house or a major remodeling project, this contractor is worth giving a call!

They are very creative and highly experienced with all kinds of plumbing problem's. They are not cheap but their prices were competivily priced. Their service calls are $90 and he was able to do what he needed to be done in a short amount of time.

WHAT I THOUGHT WAS GOOD IS WHEN I HAD AN EMERGENCY HE CAME WITHIN AND HOUR AND DIDN'T CHARGE US EXTRA.
