Johanna was amazing. This is my second time working with her looking to buy a property. She is prompt, honest, and I truly believe is interested in looking for what fits my needs. I recently sold my condo in St Louis and Johanna Dueren was my agent. She did a phenomenal job! Fantastic! Johanna has been my realtor from my first home (bought and sold through her) and my second home. Johanna was my buyer's agent during the adventure of purchasing my first home; I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Her knowledge of Saint Louis neighborhoods was invaluable: she greatly informed my thinking on where I wanted to live. She got to know my preferences well and was great at coming up with listings to visit. We finally found the perfect place and viewed it on the first day it was on the market. Even though we showed up pretty early in the morning, my offer was the third or fourth in line that day (the place was /that/ amazing). One memorable thing about that day is me telling Johanna how high I would go on price and her actually talking me down a bit to make sure that I wouldn't overpay (as opposed to just making the higher offer and pocketing the extra commission). She got me through the ensuing bidding war, with me coming out on top. She was helpful after the purchase with general advice for a first time homebuyer as well. Fast forward a few years to the point where I have to move to a new city for work. After renting my place out for a year, I decided to sell. Once again, I found myself in the capable hands of Johanna Dueren. She made the selling process so easy, especially considering that I was 600 miles away throughout the entire ordeal. Once we had a serious offer, she took care of all the things that I was worried would require me to fly back to Saint Louis like coordinating all of the minor repairs and touch-ups requested by the buyers. I was expecting the process to be harder; I was still waiting for the next thing to do when I noticed a big sum of cash landing in my bank account and a note from Johanna telling me, "That's it!" Johanna Dueren at Circa Properties provided me with an excellent experience when selling my condo. She helped me purchase my condo four years prior. During the purchase phase, she always made her self available in a timely manner to get me into the properties I wanted to see. She also helped by providing me comparable sales to get an idea on the reasonableness of the asking price and to help me figure out what asking price fit my budget best. She helped me through the entire process from inspection to closing. Throughout the last four years, she kept in touch during the holidays. This made me feel like a valued client, as it was clear she valued the client relationship rather than just the commission. Given that great experience, it was a no brainer for me to list my condo with her when I was moving. Again, Johanna helped me navigate this process and did a great job of alleviating any anxiety in the process. She provided email reminders of things I should be expecting or doing, which was greatly appreciated. My condo was under contract within two weeks for full asking price! I love the Circa Properties branding and marketing as well. The orange For Sale sign outside my condo really caught the eye compared to a neighbor whose realtor used a very boring and plain looking white sign. I will definitely use Johanna again in the future for any real estate needs in the St. Louis area. I have referred her to friends, who have purchased homes through her and also had great experiences.

Johanna helped us purchase our townhouse four years prior to us selling it, so we knew we would use her again. (We still loved our home, but needed more space for our growing family.) She walked us through the process of selling, since this was our first home and our first sale. She made everything easy--she's very responsive to emails or phone calls and we could do a lot of the document signing online, which made everything go smoothly and more quickly. Once we had an offer and went through all the inspections we made a few fixes to our home and it was closed! She was also great when we wanted to go out looking at new houses; she set up showings and since we didn't know exactly what we wanted, she helped us narrow down what we liked/didn't like. This process went a lot faster than I thought it would b/c we found a house and moved rather quickly on the offer (we put an offer down less than 24 hours after we visited the home) and worked with the sellers, which was a relocation company, so we knew they were looking for a specific number and we went in below asking and they accepted...no counters! The inspection process went rather smoothly and Johanna did everything to ease our mind through the 30 day closing process. Our loan wasn't the easiest part because they needed so much information b/c we still owned our first home, but like I said, Johanna reassured us along the way. Buying/Selling a home can be really stressful, but having someone like Johanna in your corner REALLY helps!!
