Jeff Mitchell Lighting

Jeff Mitchell Lighting was the worst vendor we have ever used for our Home. His team installed lighting and when one existing light fixture went out he tried to charge us over $300.00 to fix when in reality it was just a blub out. $24.00 to replace. I was furious. Then he showed up at 11:13 pm without telling us he was coming "to do us a favor and fix the bulb" Are you joking!! This man ranted and raved uncontrollably when confronted. I had to ask him to leave. Do not use him. Trust me I wish we had not.

All four outdoor lamp posts work now. When we bought the house, the seller's (a professional house flipping/restoring company) said it was going to take weeks/months to figure out how to get the outdoor lamp posts working and this was going to push back the closing date which was unacceptable to us. So, we hired Jeff Mitchell Lighting and within an hour he had the issue(s) diagnosed and had it fixed shortly after. The lights look great now. He also gave me quite a few options for various issues like what lights we can use, how to switch/control the lights, etc.

I was so pleased by the work done at Jeff Mitchell Lighting Company! The whole process was a delight - the crew was funny, polite, and very knowledgeable. I was worried that the install would tear up yard, but you can't even tell where it happened. It looks amazing and they were easy to work with!

It went very well. Jeff Mitchell Lighting had put landscaping lights on our previous house so we didn't hesitate to call them for our new one. Jeff came out and talked with us about our options. He was straightforward on pricing and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. We were very pleased with the entire service and our house looks great!

We could not be happier with our new landscape lighting. The lighting crew were a delight to work with and listened to our requests. The whole experience was easy.

We had existing wiring, but most of the lights were broken. We asked Jeff to leave the wiring and retain the functional lights, and just add new ones to supplement. We wanted a total of 5 path lights and 5 up lights. The original price was set for $900. When the team came out, they found that even our working path lights were terribly deteriorated. They could function, but would not hold together. Jeff called and explained the problem, and offered to sell us 5 brand new path lights at cost. Our up lights were still functional but needed new bulbs, so we upgraded those to LED bulbs. Because of the problem with the existing path lights, he price went up to $1325, but we still thought that was fair, and the end result was 5 good quality path lights that work perfectly.

Jeff was quickly able to change all the blubs and checked to make sure that all fixtures were in good shape and operating correcectly. Work included going up on the roof to replace and check the roof mounted lights. Work was done quickly without any problems.
