Jablan General Contracting

The person that came to do the job was on time and he did a VERY thorough job on my house. The only problem I had was that I live in a 2-story house...and this company did not have a lift or a ladder to get the upper part of my house. The bottom part looks great...but there is still mold on the upper part of my house where he could not reach. He did take a picture of my house where he could not reach and he said he would speak to his boss....but I have not heard anything back. I feel like when I first called this company - they should have asked me what kind of house I had...or at least told me that they could not wash higher levels of a house. I would not have hired them. I also had to wait for over 2 weeks to get an appointment - and I had to call back two times to get this scheduled.

He started on the sides of the house that don’t really have a lot on them. After that he did the back last, and when he got around there I started looking at it and I noticed that what he was doing wasn’t even getting anything off. I asked him what product he was using and he said that nobody ever gave him any products to use and he was just using water. Every other time I have had pressure washing done they have used some kind of product to help get the stuff off and keep ti off. Another thing is that he started at 2:15 and he only worked for about 3 hours. The deal I purchased clearly stated that it was for 4 hours. I asked him if he was going to do the windows and he said no and that it was for exterior home OR windows. What I don't understand is that he was finished in 3 hours so I feel that he should have been able to do some of the windows. Again, I paid for the full 4 hours. The guy that came out was very nice, I think he was just doing what he was told. I do want a refund though. He actually ended up calling me back when he heard that I was unhappy. He was very unprofessional and was basically calling me an idiot saying that I need to read the deal more closely. When I spoke with him, he said specifically that he could get the house clean if he could use chemicals but that I would have to pay considerably more money for chemicals.

Arrived almost on tme. Almost did a good job.

Bottom line, the windows are not clean.

estimate two hours Already described is the excellent work done by the two carpenters. After they had finished the job, I was asked whether there is some other project they could do. I am interested in replacing an ancient wooden fence containing a section of fence gate all adding up to about 120 feet. I requested a ropugh estimate, and the senior carpenter gave me one verbally. I later checked with my neighbor who recently replaced a similar wooden fence in back of his house -- he had done the work himself -- and concluded the estimate was way too high by a factor of two if not three considering the cost of sections of wooden fencing. So I did not go further with the job. 'Nevertheless, the repair work done for me was cost effective and skillfully done. If the price were right, I would hire them again.

Good experience overall, glad I took advantage of the Angie's list special deal.

Their service was excellent. We would use Jablan Fence & Deck Installation Repairs in the future.

.The work was excellent, the workers were very nice and professional, and they fulfilled all agreed upon work, even cleaning up and hauling off the old fencing materials and did an excellent job.

Mr. Jablan was very professional and listened to what my ideas were for our fence. He made some good suggestions and explained the cost of the project. He answered my questions and he did not pressure me at all. He was on time for our appointment and very nice. I thought his estimate was very fair. We are trying to save up for the new fence.

I called Jablan and a few other fence places for an estimate. Sanel came out the next day to look at and measure our space. I wasn't sure what type of fence I wanted or what options were available, so he discussed the options and showed some pictures of his prior work. His price was fair, and he was available to do the work the following week, so I hired him to do a Cedar wood fence. He took care of getting the city permit. His team came out one day to dig holes for the fence posts and came the next day to put up the fence and gates. They worked pretty quickly (even in the heat) and put up a really nice looking fence. I am really happy with it.

Senal arrived on time. He had to make adjustments and was very flexible in making the gate and fence work. Everything was cleaned after the work was completed. Would recommend Jablan Fence to family and friends.

I called Sanel to see if he could help me with the new gate he put in. It would not open all the way because too much asphalt had been poured. He came out and did the job as best he could and didn't charge me for it. Hip Hip Hurray!!! It's nice to find a company that stands behind its word!

I had a new white vinyl gate put up. The work looked back breaking. They seemed to have a hard time breaking up the cement under the old fence and had to rent a jack hammer to do the job correctly. It looks so much better that I even thought it would. Sanal and his brother did a great job and I will hire them again.

Sanel was on time for appointment and provided great information. However, his pricing was a 1/3 higher than the company we chose.

The owner of the company arrived more than an hour and a half late for the estimate, which I can understand since he was coming during heavy traffic. However, he did not seem interested in doing the job and his estimate was TWICE as much as the other two companies (also on Angie's List) who gave us estimates.

Jablan showed up when they said they would. They went directly to work with some of the crew replacing fence posts and redoing the gates while others set my leaning fence. The leaning was corrected by digging around the fence posts, pulling them upright and filling the holes with concrete.

Installed ahead of schedule and it looks great.

Jablan Fence was overall great. Sonal was very accommodating. He came out once for the initial bid, a second time to take final measurements and collect our deposit, and then again a third time when our neighbor decided he no longer wanted us connecting to his fence and we had to change our plans. We had all three sides of our backyard fenced in which included a custom built gate on both sides of the house. The guys were professional and did a nice job. Upon completion of the fence we noticed a few areas that needed some fixing/tweaking and they corrected them without any arguments. My only complaint is the amount of time it took them to complete the project. They began the project on Thursday morning and did not finish everything until mid day Friday of the next week (one day was rained out, but thats it). I am not sure why the process took nearly five days but in the end I am satisfied with my product.

Very prompt in responding to my requests for a bid. They came out on two separate occasions, and were on time. I did not go with them, as I was able to get a better price through another company.

The service and work were excellent as well as the pricing! We had two estimates prior to this company, and this company was extremely reasonable. They replaced six rotted posts for our 6-foot tall cedar fencing, and provided treated posts, set in concrete. While working, one additional post broke because it, too, had rotted. The company did not charge us for the additional post because they said it was not in the estimate and did not feel it would be fair to do so. We are so impressed with their honesty and quality of service that we are looking for other projects for them to complete as well.

Jablan replaced my old chain link fence at my home, and I can only wish that other companies would operate the way these guys do. They were very punctual when they came out for the FREE estimate. They showed listened to what I wanted done and gave helpful suggestions to make it better ( they did'nt try to sell extras I did not want or need). I called the next day to set up the job time. The were here on time and ready to work. If these guys took a break I did not see it! Complete focus on the job at hand. After they were done they walked me through everything and addressed all of my concerns ( there were not many ) on the spot! If you want the job done right and you want it done in a timely manner, call Jablan!!

Our fence broke over the holidays (posts rusted out and fell) and therefore, anyone could just walk into our backyard from the alley, which someone did and tried to break into our house. It was clear that we needed the fence repaired asap. After checking angie's list, we called Jablan Construction. Sanel came out that day and started work the following day. It was done in a couple of hours. They came back on Wednesday to put on the finish. Sanel and his brother were very professional; even took off their dirty shoes to walk into my house. I can't wait to hire them to paint the outside of the house this spring!

They arrived promptly, looked over the job, and gave me an estimate. They came back the next day and started on the job. they kept me informed of progress and status. They were quiet and hard-working.

I ran across JABLAN Fence Co. on CraigsList and checked them out on Angie's List before calling. Sanel came out the next day to give me an estimate. I have a 6ft cedar privacy fence. With the high winds we have been experiencing I was afraid that my fence was going to fall into the neighbors yard due to a few rotted posts. I had hired someone a few years ago to replace one post and the cost was $225. I was very pleased with the estimate that Sanel gave to replace the 5 posts and to also add a gate to the back of my fence using existing materials and one additional post. I had been turned away by other fencing companies because they were not the ones who installed my fence and had also been told that a gate was not possible due to the slope of my yard. I am so happy with the work that was done and could not be happier with my gate! The work was done in a very professional and timely manner. They also replaced a couple of the pickets that were broken and did not charge extra. I am so glad that I chose JABLAN and will definitely use their services again.

We weren’t 100% happy with it. I thought they were very pleasant, professional, and did a good job on the fence for the most part. However, in one area of the fence, instead of leveling the uneven area, they left about a foot of space and told us to just put some rocks there. They could’ve fixed it, but told us it’d be $300! Everything else was great except for that.
