Jablan General Contracting

I did not fill out the necessary paper work with HOA and as a result caused much heartache for Jablan. They worked with my HOA and made many adjustments on the fly. Some adjustments they made at no cost and others they made at minimal cost to me. The finished product was good. Overall very satisfied. My only complaint albeit minor is the amount of dirt left behind which turned into mud when it rained. My puppies had a great time with that. Jablan advised to plant seed but I ended having to haul away the dirt. Still satisfied customer. Also one of gates wouldn't open properly. Jablan came back out to repair free of charge.

Be very careful when purchasing these special deals. The guy said it was all in the fine print, but that is not true.

We used Jablan Fence & General Contracting. They did a great job. But unfortunately the stain they put down is flaking off. They sanded the whole deck and then they put down this like stain, but it's for outside and this weather we have had it kind of is coming up. I didn't want to write a bad review so I didn't do anything. But other than that they were very prompt, they did the job done, they were very professional. They did the job about two months ago. I do know they were very responsive, no problem in getting them out here. I think it's just a matter of the stain wasn't the right, wasn't chosen for that. My husband said he would fix it. That's how he is.

We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for wood fence maintenance. The contractor called back quickly but seemed to have some confusion when I gave my name because the coupon was in my husband's name. After that was sorted out, the team came by to give an estimate, and showed up promptly as promised on the scheduled work day. They repaired 2 gates to full, original, easy function and replaced several boards on our fence. The work was excellent and I would use this company again.

Overall it went very well, and I would highly recommend them for fence and deck painting and repair.

The work was fantastic with the painting. They suggested many different repairs needed done with my fence. They also really worked with me on my budget to get what was needed repaired with the fence at the time. They suggested They did exactly what I hired them to do and I would certainly hire them in heartbeat again.

So far, the work has been good. They were punctual and responsive. They did get some stain on the tree. I would suggest to have the trees wrapped for any future staining.

I was happy with them. They were fine. It was a reasonable price. They did a good job.

When Jablan Fence & General Contracting came he charged me double than what the deal was after the work was done. He wasn't just measuring every square feet, he was measuring every piece of board and the railing around it then double it because he would have stained both sides of it. He started cleaning it and in the middle, the machine broke down but in the end they cleaned it. I have already put it on my card so they charged me $180 to clean it. They didn't use any kind of deck wash. He ended up using what I had. All he used was the equipment and the water. I wouldn't hire him again.

I felt they did a bait and switch. Advertised a deal but they knew that they could not do the job correctly for that amount. Who does only one side of a rail?

I contacted Jablan to get an estimate for a replacement fence. The owner came out 1-2 days later, very prompt service and gave an estimate to me that day. The estimate was very reasonable but later I decieded not to replace my current fence.

They did a very good job and were excellent. They responded fairly quickly to my call. The coupon was for fifty feet. When they measured, my fence was for 94 feet. They gave me a pretty good deal. They removed an old section of a privacy fence that I didn’t previously have replaced. They also removed the brush and hauled it all away. It took them two days to put the new fence. They worked on Saturday and Sunday which surprised me as most companies don’t work on the weekends. They finished the gate on Monday and it ended up being a pretty cold day. They showed me the fence and how the gate was secured after it was complete. They did a very fine job and if I needed work done in the future, I would certainly have them do the work. I would recommend them to other people.

It's still standing and that's really surprising. Years ago I had another company come out and install one, but that fence was up only about three months before it started falling down and I caught hell getting them back out here. I told them if they don't get back out here they're going to really have a problem because the kids running around in the back were going to hurt themselves on a nail and that's the only time they came back out. It kept falling down and I would put coat hangers on it. These guys came out here and tore that fence all down and hauled it all away and put a new one up. It took them a day and a half and they haven't had to come back to do anything to it. The price was reasonable and they were professional people and they really knew what they were doing.

I purchased the deal from angies list for deck maintenance. The guys came out on time and were very professional about their work. They tried to utilize the time allocated to do the maximum work. He also gave me a quote on siding work. They fixed the loose board, sealed the holes and stained the deck very nicely. Happy with the work

They were very responsive. They completed the work very quickly. Overall, I think I got my moneys worth.

The service was fine. I was out of town during the time of the work. They removed the algae and completed the job. I was happy with the service. I got my moneys worth.

Purchased a deal for deck maintenance. Sanel gave me a call and he was able to come out next day. The deal was for staining but I needed repairs to some stairs. He said that was fine. He showed me what he was going to do to fix it and why. He nailed the side of the deck back and sealed it to keep moisture out. He was done quickly and the deck is fixed. A++

Two workers from Jablan came out to give an estimate for my backyard fencing. I explained to them what I was thinking and what their thoughts were. They didn't really offer any advice or give me other options that would make the cost lower. The pricing was a bit high and I felt they acted a little unprofessional. They did however offer me a small referral discount.

I was very happy with the service provided and will use them again in the future.

Service performed well, think they were very busy with the promotion.

Their service was great, they filled in gaps in my fenced back yard very satisfactorily. On time and neat job.

Work was performed as planned, clearly explained, and done very quickly. High quality result.

One man worked five hours straight--one more than the Big Deal coupon. So we paid for the extra hour. That was expected, but I would have expected the man to talk to us at the end of four hours, letting us know how much progress had been made and how much time and money it would take to finish it. However, the cost was not unreasonable. The power washing did a lot of damage to window screens that already had holes in them, and to wood trim that was already rotting or damaged. The damage is not their fault because the screens and wood were already weakened, but again I would have expected communication. Specifically, after the power washing had damaged one window screen, I would have expected him to inform us. It would then have been our call as to whether he should continue washing through the screens, we remove the screens, or we ask him to skip the screened windows. But if you just need power washing without being bothered during the process, they do a fine job.

The outcome was fine. The men came the first day and did a god job. However I want told when they were coming back to finish.they came back 2 days later. They used a broken broom I ad outside to clean off the deck to finish the job. They should have brought their own tools. They did not put everything back on the deck when finished. Also I told one man that I would be in a work call at a certain point that day. It turned out this was the same time they finished. So instead of waiting patiently for me to finish, the owner stared yelling in my windows. I will not be using them again.
