Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment for him to do the work and it was raining on that day so he said he would come on the following Saturday. He did not show up. I called him yesterday and he came out today and said the job would be more money.

I am sorry you felt this way about our company and I wish there is something we could have done to help you with your project. In the details of the deal, it states what is covered in the $99. The work you were wanting done was well outside of the scope of work covered in the deal. The stain alone to complete your project was $260 not to mentioned the additional work you were requesting. I feel the quote I gave you was more than fair, and would be shocked if you could find a company to complete the work you are looking for at a lower price. I take pride in my work as you can see from my reviews when "Services WERE performed", however doing a project for $99 that costs over $700 for me is just not feasible. Description of Work: This group were very bad. The windows are dirtier now than they were when they started. They actually told us "some people actually expect us to wash the windows". And, when we asked if they used any special solution to prevent streaking they said "yes, water". They washed most of the dirt off of the house onto the windows. This was a total rip-off.

Description of Work: Replaced broken/rotted fence boards and repaired gate so it opened and closed easily and evenly. Gate works better now than when it was new! They replaced more boards than i anticipated, exceeded expectations. Showed up on day promised, on time.
