The service and work were excellent as well as the pricing! We had two estimates prior to this company, and this company was extremely reasonable. They replaced six rotted posts for our 6-foot tall cedar fencing, and provided treated posts, set in concrete. While working, one additional post broke because it, too, had rotted. The company did not charge us for the additional post because they said it was not in the estimate and did not feel it would be fair to do so. We are so impressed with their honesty and quality of service that we are looking for other projects for them to complete as well.

Jablan replaced my old chain link fence at my home, and I can only wish that other companies would operate the way these guys do. They were very punctual when they came out for the FREE estimate. They showed listened to what I wanted done and gave helpful suggestions to make it better ( they did'nt try to sell extras I did not want or need). I called the next day to set up the job time. The were here on time and ready to work. If these guys took a break I did not see it! Complete focus on the job at hand. After they were done they walked me through everything and addressed all of my concerns ( there were not many ) on the spot! If you want the job done right and you want it done in a timely manner, call Jablan!!

Our fence broke over the holidays (posts rusted out and fell) and therefore, anyone could just walk into our backyard from the alley, which someone did and tried to break into our house. It was clear that we needed the fence repaired asap. After checking angie's list, we called Jablan Construction. Sanel came out that day and started work the following day. It was done in a couple of hours. They came back on Wednesday to put on the finish. Sanel and his brother were very professional; even took off their dirty shoes to walk into my house. I can't wait to hire them to paint the outside of the house this spring!

I ran across JABLAN Fence Co. on CraigsList and checked them out on Angie's List before calling. Sanel came out the next day to give me an estimate. I have a 6ft cedar privacy fence. With the high winds we have been experiencing I was afraid that my fence was going to fall into the neighbors yard due to a few rotted posts. I had hired someone a few years ago to replace one post and the cost was $225. I was very pleased with the estimate that Sanel gave to replace the 5 posts and to also add a gate to the back of my fence using existing materials and one additional post. I had been turned away by other fencing companies because they were not the ones who installed my fence and had also been told that a gate was not possible due to the slope of my yard. I am so happy with the work that was done and could not be happier with my gate! The work was done in a very professional and timely manner. They also replaced a couple of the pickets that were broken and did not charge extra. I am so glad that I chose JABLAN and will definitely use their services again.

We weren’t 100% happy with it. I thought they were very pleasant, professional, and did a good job on the fence for the most part. However, in one area of the fence, instead of leveling the uneven area, they left about a foot of space and told us to just put some rocks there. They could’ve fixed it, but told us it’d be $300! Everything else was great except for that.

"Thank you for review. However we were responsible for the fence not for your ground that is the reason why $300 was supposed to be extra if that is what we said. It is not our responsibility to level anyones yard and you have signed the contract and agreed to the work that we were going to do. Since 2006 we have had 1200 + happy customers ZERO Complaints till this now which as i mentioned it was not on contract for any ground leveling. We are on google, yahoo, and yp never had complaint. We did what we were suppose to,i think we still earned better grade because of the ground but thanks anyway."

Sanel and his team did an amazing job repairing one side of our fence and cutting away overgrowth and replacing the other side of the fence. They came out and bid the job, and worked with us on the price - giving us a great deal. They estimated the job would take 2 days, and completed the job within one day. The workers were friendly and accommodating. Jablan did an excellent job. We are very pleased with their work and recommend Jablan for fencing repair and replacement. We would definitely use their company again for fencing needs.

I called and described the replacement fence I needed to Sanel (owner) and he gave me an estimate over the phone. After looking around and talking with friends who had put up fences I decided to use Jablan based on their price and good reviews here. When I called and said let's do it he came out the next day to make sure his price was right and the estimate did not go up one penny. They called dig-right and came out the day after the lines were marked. I was amazed by how fast they took the old fence down and put up a new custom, not panel, cedar fence. The lines are straight and the workmanship is excellent. A couple of days after they were done we found one minor issue with the gate and when I informed Sanel he said no problem, came back the next day and fixed it with no charge. I was very impressed with how Sanel does business from start to finish and I would recommend Jablan to anyone needing fencing.

Everything went well. Overall, I was happy with their work. The only issue was that a few months after they completed their work, the ground settled a little bit and our 9lb dog was able to escape.

Sanel was very efficient in costing, delivering the materials in advance of the job, preparing the site, and completing in a timely manner, as promised. The fence is very solid and aesthetic with quality wood and fixtures. I was amazed at how quickly the entire process was completed - a little more than a week from contract to final fence. Sanel took care of everything including getting the permit. I'm very satisfied with the quality and the entire experience. I highly recommend Jablan if you want a high quality fence that is delivered exactly as promised.

they took care of everything from obtaining the permit and inspection, to calling dig rite. I didn't have to do anything. It only took them 3 days total. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

It went exceptionally well. Sanel took care of ordering the material and having it delivered so it would be on-site and they could start work immediately when he and his crew arrived. The workmanship is of a very high quality. Each board of the privacy fence was installed individually. No section fencing was used. They worked in conditions that were far from good. They had to deal with soggy ground and two large dogs that kept escaping from the yard. The crew members were friendly and patient, even once helping me retrieve the dogs. The installation process itself was pretty messy because of the saturated ground, But they did an excellent job of cleaning up as best they could. All the old fencing that had been taken down was hauled away, and the yard was left as clean as when they arrived. I did not get any other bids on this job, because I had done so about a year ago, and was satisfied with the price quoted by Sanel. I relied on Angie's list for quality and performance ratings and was not disappointed. They arrived on time, did exactly what Sanel said they would, and did it well. Friendly crew, excellent quality work. I have contracted with them to do another job.

It was great. I contacted Sanel the week prior, and he answered the phone right away. He offered to come right over to give an estimate and was at my house within 20 minutes. At first I was just going to have a driveway gate installed, but after listening to his very earnest advice, I decided to replace some sagging fencing (likely 30 to 40 years old already) with something more up to date. His estimate was very good for 75 feet of fence, installed and included the price to take down the old fence and haul it away. He took care of calling Dig Right to mark out the property's utilities, and we scheduled the job for the first Monday coming up. He showed up promptly with his crew and they got right to work. They consulted with me during the job to make sure I would be happy with the position of the gate and such. He and his crew were friendly and very professional. They got the whole job done in one day. The fence is very tight and flush with the ground, with no gap. That's important, because my dog can easily go under a loose fence. For the level of service I received, the speed with which the job was completed, and the end result, it was easily worth the money I paid. They also used some of the leftover concrete to repair some loose concrete in my sidewalk before they left, which was very nice of them.

They did the work at a good price and were even willing to negotiate on part of it. They are a very honest company, and did everything by the book. Most of their work was done without power tools. They did everything one board at a time and the entire job was done in about nine hours. They had originally only done the two sides and we were using a neighbor's back fence as our back fence, as well. Afterwards, we decided to have them do the back fence, too. They were prompt and efficient and even worked through rain to finish the job. They also came back out to replace a couple of warped boards for us. On top of all of this, our outdoor faucet was bad and when it went out while they were doing the work, they even found me a good plumber who was out within an hour to replace it, and get it up and running again. A fantastic job!

We were a little bit worried about using an unknown company, but we couldn't be more excited about the end result. Any time I called Sanel he answered the phone and not once did I get voice mail. They arrived on time both days and went above and beyond the specified work. We needed some branches removed for the fence to go near a tree so without hesitating they removed the branches. The old steel fence needed to be removed and they didn't charge a thing to remove it (other companies wanted $3 per ft. for removal). I had a pre-existing gate that needed repair and after they left I discovered he had fixed it! I have never given a report on angieslist.com as of yet, but I wanted to repay Sanel and his team for a job done so well. If you re getting a fence or deck I highly recommend that you call Sanel. If you have further questions you can feel free to contact me. I have used many contractors and it's hard to find a good one. I almost hate to let the secret out, but I already have a fence so here is a five star recommendation for Sanel and his crew! Great job guys and thank you!
