They were very prompt and professional They did exactly what they said they would when they said they would do it. I would definetly hire them again.

Crew arrived at 6:45 am. They started tearing off the old roof immediately. We had some errands to run and left around 9:30 when we got home at 2:30 the roof was completely done and all the debris was picked up. It was as if no one had been there but a new roof had magically appeared. The roof looks great, we highly recommend Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors.

We just had our deck replaced by Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors and couldnâ t be happier. The folks at Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors were attentive and understanding of our needs for this project. From start to finish they were in touch with us and followed up promptly with all the calls we made to them. Beginning with Tom who made arrangements to come to our home later in the afternoon beyond normal work hours to accommodate my wifeâ s late schedule. He was able to provide us with a myriad of options and deck colors and materials. When we decided to use them for our project, Tom returned and arranged financing for us as well. After our decision to use Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors and financing was secured, Shannon promptly came to the house and photographed our old deck, took measurements, and explained the project details to us. He then drew up the plans for our new deck and emailed them to us within 24 hours. He also submitted the plans for approval to the county and obtained all necessary permits. Mary worked with us to schedule a start date for the project and ensured that the dumpster and all materials were on site for the start of the project. She also called after the project started to make sure we were satisfied with the work being done. The crew that did our work was a father and son team, Rob, and Robert. They were on site every morning by 6:45.M. and worked nonstop until 4:00 PM. They were truly craftsmen and the job they did was beautiful. On top of their carpentry skills the project called for an 8â X10â concrete pad. Rob did a fantastic job on that part of the project as well. To top it off, after the project was completed, they moved my rather large 450 lb smoker/grill combo onto the pad on their own without my asking them. I was very appreciative of that. All in all, this was the best experience I have ever had with any contractor work I have ever had done. I will highly recommend Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors to anyone looking for work done to their homes.

We hired Intelligent to replace our old wood deck with a covered composite deck. We received bids from 4 different companies and all the bids came reasonably close. Only 3 of 4 companies were willing to install a roof over the deck. Our deciding factor was the variety of decking to choose from, the quality of decking, the timeline and how well Tom their sales person answered our questions and did not pressure us. He came to our house twice and we exchanged several emails prior to us signing the contract. We actually had one more company scheduled to give us a bid but after our second meeting with Tom we were ready to book the job. The owner Mike and his office person Andrew maintained contact with us and answered questions. The job ended up costing a little more and took a little longer than expected. It was due to 2 unexpected issues beyond Intelligent or our control which caused a slight change in drawings, engineer approval and city inspection. Love our new covered deck!! Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

From the moment I called Intelligent to speak with a person on a new replacement deck Adam contacted me on phone, appointment set for home visit. From the time I selected composite, size, railing and signed contact, process was started. I cannot say how Outstanding the Customer Service Provided was. I absolutely had to do nothing and each person involved in the process contacted me to let me know about city permit, when materials were ordered and delivered, men would begin construction and dumpster delivered. The cost was very reasonable for quality of work that was outstanding. I absolutely cannot describe how impressed I was/am with this company! My Sales manager ADAM, called and stopped by checking on process from start to finish. Intelligent does many other services besides decks that are outstanding! I hired Intelligent to redeck a large rooftop deck located on top of my condo. The nature of the location made some other contractors hesitant to take it on, and others quoted me VERY high estimates for the work. Intelligent not only offered me an affordable quote, they were easy to work with and did a fantastic job on the deck repair. There were a few communication hurdles early on, but it was due to unforseeable circumstances regarding a health issue with one of the folks working there; in any case, the final result was more than satisfactory and I would wholeheartedly recommend them. I plan to hire this company again for any other deck repair projects I encounter.

Carpentry work on deck was spectacular. Attention to detail remarkable. Fun to work with. Patient and would advise of items for me to consider during build and so thankful as each item discussed worth extra consideration and made the overall result fabulous.
