+ -1 moreHow did it go? It didn't. These people advertise 24-hour emergency service. My after-hours calls were not returned during my "emergency" nor was I called back at any time at all. Heuer's claims of 24-hour emergency service are nothing more than false advertising. If you need something done during regular business hours, take your chances. After hours, when it matters most, don't waste your time.

+ -1 moreThe technician was courteous and punctual. He kept me informed during the installation process regarding his progress. I had questions about the finishes, which differed from door to door. He was both succinct and clear in his answers to my questions. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Heuer installed four Medeco locks in my home, all with the same key, and a doorknob.
