Paid in full for job 3/27/19 and contractor has not shown up... VERY hard to contact. Keelps promising to come and does not show up. Asked for return of money so I can get someone else. DID NOT GET BACK. WILL NOT CALL BACK, RETURN MONEY OR DO JOB...

Horrible experience... Did not show up on days I took off work to be home when work was scheduled to be done, and the guy did not respond to emails asking what was up, was I still on schedule, can we find another day to have the work done. Crew came out on day I was not home and replaced the gutter on the wrong side of the house. LOL, the gutters were fine, and I needed the fascia board that was rotten replaced. After arguing with the guy I basically split the cost of the replaced gutter to make him go away. If you want to be totally frustrated with a guy/company, have scheduled dates missed, be ignored, or have work done to the wrong area of your house, then Gutterpros is the company for you! If I made these mistakes on my job I would be fired!

The first day they were suppose to be here between one and two, and no one showed all day nor did they call. Then next day, I called about the problem, he then said he would check on it, and I have still heard nothing.There seem to be something fishy about this company. It seems like its just some guy answering the phone. The address, when googled, shows its a storage area, there are no trucks or anything pertaining to having a legitimate business that I can tell.
