+ -1 moreI installed the washer and dryer. When I went to wash my blankets, I noticed that the washer only filled up with 3 inches of water. Once I found out that this was indeed how the unit was supposed to be operating, I called Goedeker's to return the item. They jerked me around for a week and said it was a $600 restocking fee PLUS shipping. When I agreed to that, they said I had to have the original boxes to ship it back. When I told them the delivery guys took the original boxes, they said I cannot have a return. I don't think anybody should buy anything from them.
Description of Work: I ordered a washer and dryer. They delivered the items, but did not install them. They took them out of the boxes and took the boxes with them without telling me that I need to have the boxes if I have any problems.
