Estate Sales By N&M

Description of Work: When I called Nancy to have an estate sale, it was last minute because another company and I had hired canceled. She came over the same day I called. She explained everything that would happen in detail. Both she and Maury kept me informed every step of the way through the entire process.

Description of Work: Estate Sale providers charge a 30% fee for everything sold. We chose Estate Sales by N&M and had an excellent two day estate sale because of our volume of goods and what was just as important was the after the sale attention provided. Nancy and Maury were great in pre-arranging to have two charities pick up unsold items that we did not want to keep and a third provider that took everything that the charities did not take all of which was accomplished the day after the sale. By 2:00 p.m., everything was removed from the house and we could concentrate on finalizing the packing for our move. I did not realize how important the day after the sale events were until right after the sale when we looked around and saw how much additional work needed to be accomplished to empty our dwelling. N&M were outstanding making all that happen. They walked us through the staging/pricing process, the day(s) of the sale events and controls in place to manage the number of people that could enter at any given time, the disbursement of revenue process, and the after the sale activities that we needed to have happen. They always made sure we felt like we were in control and they were following our wishes.
