Sue was really great to work with - she was very responsive to my emails and calls. Tom did great work and their price was very reasonable!

Tom was here within 24 hours of calling. It turned out to be a relatively small repair to have my old unit up and running again. Both Tom and Sue were great to work with; very knowledgeable and professional. I will call them again with any HVAC issues.

What an enjoyable experience! Environmental Heating and Cooling was friendly, courteous, punctual, informative and all-around thorough. My search is over - I'll be call them again.

Tom came over and looked the problem. With his ventilation knowledge, he quickly calculated the size of the duck and made a new design of the system. He gave the estimates a couple days later and scheduled the service. He and his helper were great to work with. Tom listened to my concerns and tested the system through out each process to make sure no bottlenecks. He made every connection well sealed. His wife is also very nice on phone calls. I will definitely hire him back for other services may come up. Thank you Tom for the service!

Tom is fantastic! He was the lowest bid I received for getting a new York A/C unit installed with a whole house humidifier. He came out right away to give me an estimate, then returned the next day with my unit and performed the install. He was quick, professional and very friendly. Even Sue in the office is so nice. I've had to call them out twice since then to replace things on my furnace and Sue always remembers me and is so nice to speak to. Tom comes out the same day every time I have called. Once you are a customer of theirs, they don't charge extra for service calls on nights and weekends! I will definitely use them for all of my Heating, Cooling and major appliance repair needs. No need to call around anymore.

I'm very please with the quality of the service in terms of communication and attention to detail to exceed my expectations. As well, his prices were extremely reasonable. I was provided Environmental's name and phone number from a friend who was pleased with their service. Tom returned my call soon after leaving a message and scheduled to come by the following morning. He even provided a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to let me know that he was on his way. He provided a detailed explanation of the work that he was going to perform and replaced the blower motor very efficiently. Afterward, he took time to confirm that the system was working properly.
