better than expected

It went really well. I was being told by my insurance company that I had to put a new roof on the house because a very large tree, which was recently removed, had cause moss to grow on my roof. Scott was very knowledgeable about the process to be undertaken when removing moss, which not as simple as one might think, and was courteous and helpful from beginning to end. He even when so far as to suggest a roofing company which could give me an opinion as to the remaining life span of the roof. Had that company determined the roof should be replaced Scott would have been our of job so I found this commendable. As it turned out the roofing company he recommended determined that the roof was not at the end of its life span and was a good candidate for a cleaning. I called Scott back and had him do the work. The roof looks great, the insurer is happy and although the job turned out to take more time than Scott anticipated, I paid what he quoted.
