Description of Work: In the middle of the very cold/sub-freezing winter we had this year, our water main burst on our Victorian home. We called CJ Plumbing because we had had a good experience with him earlier. Everyone in the city was frantic trying to get a plumber! Corey is a very decent man and told us that he had made other commitments that he had to honor first and would get to us as soon as possible. |He was a man of his word and he and his staff came soon and fixed our problem. |He was very good about outlining our options, told me the pros and cons of each option, and gave an estimate for each. We both agreed that the best way was the right (and most expensive) way, but that it would be the most cost-effective in the long run. He is very easy to work with, does a good job, and is very honest.

Description of Work: Replaced the leaking inside pipe and outside faucet with a thermo protected product - went smooth and easy!

Description of Work: A two story multi-family replumbing of the whole building with the new PEX materials. They took out all of the old materials and put up the new and brought the building to code.

Description of Work: Section of cracked iron sewer lateral was replaced.. involved breaking up and re-finishing a section of the basement floor.

Description of Work: Install new water lines and drain lines for 2nd floor bathroom. Install toilet, connect shower/bath, kitchen faucet, and dishwasher.

Description of Work: CJ Plumbing installed a water softener and whole house water filter in a newly constructed home. Corey the owner came out to give me a bid on 7-22-10, and discussed where the softener was to be installed, how many shutoffs, whether or not outside hose bibs would have softened water, etc. He explained things in great detail and so that a layman could understand. Corey's bid was the third I received, and was $250.00 less than the closest bid.
