I spoke with a man at BFAM enterprises and we agreed to a 10am appointment today, for him to look at and bid the job. It is now 11:36, and I have not been contacted to advise that he is running late. No call, no text, nothing. I find this very disrespectful of my time and will not do business with a company that is so careless of the job that they just blow it off like this. The first test of a business's reliability is, did they show up on time? BFAM failed from the outset.
