After a drunk driver slammed into my brick home and garage area, Atlas Restoration put it all back together again. Two walls of brick were taken down (by hand, brickbybrick) and reconstructed. The mason and his crew were extremely conscientious about their work and work ethics. (No loud music blaring in the neightborhood, no trash talk) The workers were very efficient and professional, from packing out our belongings, to carpentry, to painting, to final cleanup. Wayne made sure everything was coming together properly, and kept us informed every step of the way. His great attitude made it easy to welcome him (early) everyday. Brian, the project manager, was very easy to deal with. Always available by phone, always answering emails, very professional and considerate of what we were going thru. He, personally, would come by and make sure things were progressing well. He took care of the coordination between our insurance company and mortgage company and we were very happy with the end result. They put my house back together again, they were very professional, the end result was "good as new". Hey, we even miss seeing Wayne at our door everyday. Would use this same crew again in a heartbeat. We have no regrets using Atlas Restoration for this project.

The work went quite well, and the gentleman who replaced the kitchen flooring was very good at his profession. The gentleman who did the baseboards and under the kitchen cabinets did not do as well. Overall, we were content with the work done, but on the bad side, it took from the end of Sept. until November to complete the job! Quite a long time to have one's kitchen not fully functional.

The entire process took nearly a month from when they did the water mitigation to when it was complete. The interior work took a full week to complete, which consisted of hanging, mudding and paiting a few sheets of drywall, replacing some trim and a chair rail and then painting an entire dining room and small bathroom. The work completed by the crew was high quality, we were promised when they were done we would never know anything happened. In the end, they delivered on that promise in regards to the affected and damaged areas of the home. The antique wood flooring in the halls and between the parlor room and dining room shows evidence of them being there (scratches in both areas, evidence of trim paint and other debris that is still lodged in the imperfections of the wood flooring). Getting to that point was a cause for concern and several phone calls with the project manager - who I found to be often times less than understanding and receptive of my concerns and more motivitated to protect his crew and make excuses regarding work he had not seen in person. In the end, the work was done and done well, but we will not use Atlas Restoration again in the event we have a need for this type of work in the future.

My house is Midcentury modern and it was important to me that it be preserved as much as possible. Atlas took care of my house and contents with great care. They were quick, thorough and considerate of my wishes. They cleaned the area completely at the finish. As I am currently collecting bids for the final restoration, Atlas continues to be helpful in answering questions about my home.

Atlas served as the general contractor for rebuilding my home. I dealt with the VP of the company, Brandon Cassidy. He dealt with all the subcontractors to get the work done. Atlas themselves did the drywall and the painting -- and the handyman work. Carpeting and hardwood flooring was subbed out, as was duct cleaning & windows. I ended up being out of pocket about $2000 to Atlas; $1500-$1800 was stuff that the insurance company wouldn't pay for. The other part of that difference was through upgrades, like better carpet and a second coat of paint on the drywall. Overall, Atlas was good.

The water mitigation team arrived less than 2 hours after they were called. In no time at all, they had removed every single thing in the condo that had been touched by the contaminated water. The men who came were very efficient, and in a couple of hours they had removed everything. Our safety was clearly a priority for them. The Vice-President, Brandon Cassidy, handled everything with the insurance companies so I did not have to deal with any of that. He made sure that they covered everything so that the unit could be restored to the same quality as before the flood. He was also very patient when we were trying to decide on finishes and colors for the rebuild. He took care of ordering all materials and supplies, arranging schedules, and keeping things on track. The workers who rebuilt the condo were very professional, very considerate. We never saw any trash or debris left in our around the unit while they were working on it, at the end of each day it was clean. If we stopped by during the work day, we were always made to feel welcome, not like we were intruding or interrupting them. All the workers were very friendly and easy to talk with. Paul and Brandon kept us informed every step of the process. The end result is a perfectly restored unit, the work is flawless. They also assured us that if we found anything that they needed to come back for, they would be there and make sure we are happy with everything. I could tell that everyone who worked with us took pride in what they do, I would use them again if I need work done. I highly recommend them!

It was very hard to get a hold of them and once we did get a hold of them they said they'd do the work but they never came out. So we weren't too happy with them. They did end up doing the work for us, but it was very difficult to get them to actually come out and do the work after we signed the contract for them to do the work.

They were very professional and courteous. They responded quickly and got here fast. I would definitely recommend them.

They did a great job. It still looks new and I get a lot of compliments from my neighbors. Great customer service.

We went with them because they were recommended by the insurance company. They came in actually a little higher than we thought. The insurance company wouldn't pay for because it was under the deductable amount. They were very nice but we got it done elsewhere for a cheaper price. The experience with them was good but the quote was actually higher than the insurance company.

The experience was good. The project manager came out and was straight forward. He told us exactly what to expect. Everything he said actually came to pass. The guys that came and did the work were very clean, and they were flexible in terms of letting us walk through the area they were working on.

They were very helpful and they were willing to make corrections if there was a problem with their work.

EVERYONE I WORKED WITH AT ATLAS WAS PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS. THEY SCHEDULED ME PROMPTLY, SHOWED UP ON TIME & MOST IMPORTANTLY, THOROUGHLY CLEANED AWFUL MESS!
