Description of Work: Replaced a roof :)

Description of Work: New roof, gutters, downspouts and some siding replacement covered by insurance claim. We had some trim work performed at same time as well as porch ceiling enclosure and some vinyl / aluminum covering of exposed wood.

Description of Work: Replaced cedar shake roof with composite

Description of Work: Called these guys in while they working out of a temporary office in O'Fallon, IL after the April 2012 hail storm. Got a bid for my roof and they were to come back and work up a bid for siding also. They never came back for the siding. Called them three times and they failed to return my calls. I called the 800 number and asked if they were still in the local area or did they head down south chasing tornados. They stated they were still working locally (this was late August 2012) and would have their "local manager" contact me. He did the very next day and stated he would have the guy I was originally dealing with contact me later that day. I told him that if I didn't hear from him by noon the next day, I was calling someone else. I didn't hear from by noon the next day so I went with a local company that was happy to earn my business.

Description of Work: Brent was very helpful. Took care of 4 roofs, great job. Would recommend & use this company again.

Description of Work: We had hail damage in the area and had many damage homes Aspen was working on my neighbors home I talk to them before leaving for work one morning and ask if they would look over every thing and when I got home he had every thing ready for me and gave me a quote. I went with Aspen Contracting. They started that weekend and finished within a week or so with both siding and new roof. They had a delay in the siding but that was not there fault the company they ordered the siding from was so busy with all the orders but Aspen kept me informed on this on a daily bases. They had two groups come in one for roofing and one for siding both groups cleaned up after they finished and there supervisor came around many times a day to check on them and to update me. I would give them all in all a excellent report and would use them again.

Description of Work: I got a quote from Aspen Contracting for gutter repair and replacement.

Description of Work: After having hail damage done to our house. We hired them to repair and replace our roof. They also put on new gutters.
