+ -1 moreWhen I called they came the following day. They called me when they were 15 minutes away, as promised. (I work close to home and this was enough time to get there to meet them rather than sit and wait) They were prompt, very friendly and professional. They put on footies to protect my flooring. Treated my home for the ants and also for spiders, as well as the normal scheduled quarterly treatment. Ants were gone the next day and haven't been back. We have been happy using them quarterly to maintain our home and can count on them to solve any problems if/when they arise. We pay $85/quarter. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Description of Work: We subscribe to their year-round service and have been very happy with them. We live in the metro east and use the Illinois branch of this company. They come to our home quarterly. Last visit they came inside per our request, because I was having a problem with ants in the kitchen.

+ -1 moreI used them for many years. I started to see carpenter ants, so I called them. I continued to see carpenter ants and other kinds of ants in my basement. They're not cheap either. Whenever they came, they would say that they found the nest of carpenter ants. They put some bait inside the walls to get the carpenter ants. They're just not being effective.
