They called quickly and promised to be at my home on a certain date and time, they called and cancelled the first date then called and said they would be there at a certain time then they missed that time, then they called again SAME RESULT. Do not use this company as they are not reliable!

I have been looking for awhile for some company to haul some stuff and Allen’s didn’t hesitate and was quick.

Reserved the 20yard dumpster 2 weeks in advance and they couldn't deliver it on the day requested. Lost a whole day if work. Nothing but excuses and I had to call them to find out anything. Would not recommend them nor will I hire them again.

Not a good service, someone called my cell phone last night around 8:33 pm and told me that someone would be here around between 8 o'clock and 10 in the morning.

At first I thought the price was a little high, but after negotiating, we came to an agreement.

They were not prompt and did not show up at the time that was promised.

They called me within 15 minutes of inquiring on this site and it was in the evening. They were able to drop off the dumpster the next day. They were also able to accommodate me and pick it up early so the moving truck could use the driveway. I would recommend.

When bidding for the job, they asked how long the carpet had been down. After we estimated 20-25 years, he said that the glue would not be a problem. They were very nice and assisted me in moving the few items left on the porch to the back yard, then helped move them back. Well worth the money and it only took them about an hour from start to finish!

Two men arrived. They worked quickly and did a great job.
