+ -1 moreHe is very reasonable and does a really good job on our yard a majority of the time. He doesn't just cut the yard to be cutting the yard he does tend to the yard based on the actual needs of the yard. He will drive past the house to check the yards to determine the next cut needed. There have been a few occasions that he didn't blow the grass off the side walk. And also a few times that he was a little behind on tending to the yard. But overall he really does a good job. Us and our neighbors on both sides all share his service. We don't have big yards and he has priced all three as one yard and we split the cost. So he is very reasonable. We don't always pay the $15 that is only when the yard needs weed-eated and again he only does it when necessary.
Description of Work: Cut and trim lawn and blows off the sidewalks.
