I contracted MCG for a new roof on my home due to hail damage and the end result was fantastic. They showed up on time, were quick about their work to disrupt my day as little as possible, and the quality of their workmanship was fantastic. I wish the communication had been just a little better. There were a couple times when I had to reach out to find out when things were happening or what action I needed to take to ensure everything was paid for between my insurance and myself; however, this could have just been the result of it being a busy time. At the end of the day, I was still confident in MCG and their process.

I highly recommend MCG. Communication with TJ as well as with the office was very good. TJ provided a professional estimate with photos from my roof & gave a thorough explanation while being receptive to my input. He was also conscientious regarding Covid precautions. He and his crew replaced my roof, 4 roof-top wood panels & fixed 2 leaks within 4 hours with very good clean-up. Should I need them, I will be using their services again.

They delivered the roofing material and the next day it was installed. I have a large home and have see similar homes in my neighborhood take a week to complete. Therefore I gave them an A plus. Prompt, efficient and through. I would recommend them to anyone.

very good job by this company. They explained to me what the problem was, how to fix the problem with the leak , and why this incident occur. the cost was fair and reasonable. they will become the one I call for any future house concern's.

TJ was simply awesome! Midwest's responsiveness was stellar! They called me back on my request within 20 minutes and TJ was on my roof the same day to assess the damage and offered a free estimate. I was on the schedule for the next afternoon for my repair, and TJ offered to perform the work without me being there and send me an invoice. He text me before, during, and after pictures of the damage so I could see for myself. He even sent pics showing how he installed the new shingles properly and how the original shingles were not, due to improper nail placement. The finished product speaks for itself as does his professionalism and excellent communication. If you're in need of roofing work, Midwest Construction Group is who you need to call! I run a local business and I believe in working with local small businesses. MCG is the real deal!!

The workers were hard working. The weather was cold and they hung in there and did it on the weekend even after dark. They left no mess.
