 + -1 moreOriginal custom cabinets in our kitchen were installed in 2008 for a price of $28,100.00. Four years later, the majority of the paint was chipping off. I had them touched up once but the paint was peeling off so bad that I requested from Derek that the cabinet doors be taken off and redone completely. He agreed only if I paid half of the cost. I agreed under the pretense that this would last. I paid $2337.00 on 12/12/13. Six months later the paint is peeling off again, so I submitted an e-mail on 10/4/2014 with pictures and have not heard back. I am planning to have the cabinets replaced but for the price I originally paid, I should have gotten at least 10 years from them.

 + -1 moreWe had an excellent experience with this company. All those we interacted with: the owner, the designer, production manager and installers, were incredibly accommodating and responsive. The cabinets are of high quality and we are delighted with them. The pricing is similar to what we would have spent at Lowe's, but with custom design and detailing that put them in a different class. Highly recommend.

 + -1 moreThey did an excellent job. We were able to see examples in their show room and received a written quote. They accommodated schedule requests and were always prompt and professional. The quality of their work is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them and contact them if we have future cabinetry needs. We absolutely love our new cabinets!!!
Description of Work: For our master bath remodel, they built and installed custom cherry cabinets, cabinet hardware, wood frame for very large plate mirror, and wood panel for front of the tub. They also installed a trough sink in the granite counter top and cut out holes in the mirror for placement of wall sconces.

 + -1 moreWe met with Derek Centorbi at his showroom in June to start the design process. We had some ideas of what we wanted in the design but were also looking for creative input from him. He was responsive to our ideas and prepared a few designs with different options. We were working around hard wood floors being installed and he was willing to hold the cabinets at his shop for a few weeks until our contractor was ready for them. Derek was very prompt in returning phone calls/emails regarding details throughout our job. The cabinets were delivered without damage. He willingly made adjustments to some pieces as the contractor needed. Our cabinets are beautiful and Derek was a pleasure to work with. We were happy to give our job to a small business owner rather than a big box operation.
Description of Work: Design and build custom cabinets to replace a wet bar and entertainment center in our Great Room.

 + 0 moreFANTASTIC!!! As soon as I informed Derek that we had chosen Centorbi, we scheduled a visit to the showroom to see their work first hand, and choose door styles. As soon as I walked in the door, I knew I had made a good choice. Their cabinets are gorgeous! The array of wood choices is impressive. Beautiful quality. The visit was quick and easy. The cabinets were ready within a few weeks, and installation was scheduled for the weekend that my husband was out of town, so he would be surprised. The installers were also cabinet makers, and had incredible attention to detail. They were prompt, polite, friendly, and professional. My cabinets are beautiful and my husband was surprised. We are very happy and we will be using Centorbi for our next cabinet job in the great room. THANKS GUYS!!!
Description of Work: I called several cabinet makers to come to the house and give me an estimate for built-in cabinets flanking my fireplace. Derek Centorbi came out and measured and drew a quick sketch. He knew exactly what I wanted even better than I knew. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. A few days later, I received his drawings and a bid. I thought the price seemed reasonable and the quality of materials was far superior than that of another company that also gave us a proposal. Yet another cabinet maker couldn't even bother to keep the appointment and called 20 minutes before he was to arrive, wasting 30 minutes of my time telling me why my job wasn't worth his time, made some stupid political comments about the price of materials, and then trashed every other cabinet maker on the earth. Loser. But, that's for another review. We chose Centorbi - easy decision!

 + -1 moreThey did an excellent job custom designing my kitchen. They were very professional and used the highest quality materials. They discussed with us exactly what we were looking for and designed it to our specifications and desire. They were great and I am very happy with their service.

 + -1 moreThey were a sub so we didn't work with them directly on price, but we visited their shop. They helped pick out colors, hardware and other feature options. They were very easy to work with and the resulting products are excellent.
