Excellent customer service and follow up. No high pressure sales. Brian just gave me the facts and sold me what I needed.

Job went smooth. Very professional. Moved new softener to better location closer to drain. Much better for us. Old softener was improperly connected to drain by previous contractor. This was corrected. New softener is properly sized to our house and adds carbon filtration and UV as new features for us. We are on a well with very hard water and the UV and carbon should improve our water. Total job took about 3 hours. They cleaned up after completion and left our house in good order. Pricing is about average but reviews tilted us toward going with them vs others. We are happy with the installation.

I've had my water softener, bought from a big box store, installed by Trionics. During quoting process, they were the most professional company. Brian and Rusty showed up on time, offered me the best solution in terms of placement of the device (which other companies said they would charge extra for) and explained me what they will do in detail. They were not the cheapest but not way off, so I decided to use their services. Installation was the same way. Showed up on time, did a very clean installation, explained me how to use the device, tested my water before and after. Thanks guys, you did a great job...

The features and advantages of their water softener was professionally presented. All of our questions were thoroughly answered. The estimate was given and there was no push to close the sale. I called Rusty two days later with one question. He called back promptly and I gave him the go ahead. Brian and Rusty did the installation and it was completed in a few hours. They cleaned up the work area and reviewed the operating instructions with me.

Trionics was amazing! They tested our water andwere able to access and fix the problem quickly. They were also able to re route our water softener so it was closer to furnace drain. Our water tastes clean and the smell is gone.

Brian and Rusty care about their customers, believe in their products and their quality of work and professionalism shows it. Rusty was very informative, pricing was fair and the parts arrived quickly. Brian and Rusty installed everything in less than six hours I believe. The reverse osmosis had to be installed under our kitchen sink because we have a finished basement. It makes a clicking sound when it is recharging and was a bit loud for my liking. Rusty came back within a couple days and swapped out a part at no charge to help quiet it. It's a lot better now. They were both pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them if you are considering a new water softener or water filtration system.

Wonderful, could not be happier. Brian came to our house with no pressure and explained the process, tested our water and left us with information to review and come to a decision without the normal pounding that we expected. They were professional and answered all my questions. Easy to contact and returned calls promptly. Very friendly and knowledgeable and took time to ensure quality installation. I highly recommend Trionics for all your water purification needs. An Amazing Experience from start to finish!!!

They said we had extremely hard water so the softener was not working. The next day I bought a self-testing kit at the hardware store. It read that our water was soft. Not sure how accurate the home kits are but it showed no signs of hardness at all. So not sure who is right.

I was extremely impressed by Brian's honesty and integrity. He was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. I explained to him what I was seeing with my old softener. Because of it's age, he wasn't sure that he could fix it but he came to the house to look at it anyway. He tested the water and the softener and was careful to explain each step as he was doing it. When he left, I had a solid understanding of my current softener and my options for a new one. I also understood the hardness and purity of the water that I had coming into the house. Brian recommended a system that would work great for my house but I never felt pressured to purchase. I highly recommend Trionics for all your water filtration needs.

Trionics is very professional and prompt. Brian does a great job of educating as well as providing service. I highly recommend them and will continue using them myself.

Brian arrived on time and performed the customary service. Always polite. Will wear booties in bad weather to keep floors clean. Work usually performed within 30 minutes. Paula always calls to remind of our next service and sets up appropriate appointment.

Preinstall meeting was great. Very informative. We have a finished basement and I was very happy with the minimal damage to our room in getting the systems installed properly. Installation went great and we were instructed on how the systems work. Water testing was done at our request post install and we are extremely pleased with our water!

Installation was fast and looks great. The system works fine since it was installed. We are very happy with the decision to ask Trionics to install it. We had a minor problem with the RO system about a month ago and Trionics responded immediately. They came to our home to fix the problem on Friday night around 11pm, less than an hour after we have detected the problem. This service is fantastic and exceeds my expectation. I do not know any other plumber who provides this kind of service, especially not on a weekend.

PERFECT! We now have water that is better then bottled!
