We had Sebastian and his team renovate our master bathroom, and they did an excellent job. They answered all of our questions and changed anything we didn't love. Sebastian is extremely easy to get in contact with and provided so many great ideas. His entire team was extremely friendly as well. I would absolutely recommend SASV for any remodeling needs! We plan to use them for our kitchen remodel this year!

Communication could be better to the customer, they billed me for things they didn't do, and overall finish of my concrete is sub-par at best. Not worth the money spent.

He did a complete bathroom remodeling as well as drywall repair throughout my entire basement. He was very professional about his work. Sebastian and his team did an incredible job framing, drywalling, mudding, and some electrical work in our basement. He was professional and delivered quickly. I recommend you give him a call for your home remodeling needs!

Sebastian and his team were excellent. They helped us through a very bad water leak repair work in our house. When we called him during the water leak episode, Sebastian and his team arrived within an hour to our house and contained the situation quickly. Then after that his team worked on the repair project for the next 3 weeks with major repairs to the bathroom, wood flooring, and ceiling. Without SASV team the situation would have been much worse. I highly recommend SASV team for any residential project work. The whole team was polite, professional, and really around and supportive during very difficult time in our house. Thank you SASV team, and keep up the good work.

If I could give more than five stars I would! Sebastian was amazing from the first phone call to the final walk-through. Jose did impeccable work, was detailed and respectful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company.

The team at SASV Construction were amazing to work with! We are so happy with the entire process, start to finish! They delivered on every promise, from start time, to completion date, budget, etc. They communicated throughout the entire project and kept us in the loop. We are still blown away that they were able to add a much needed bathroom in our basement so quickly, AND make it beautiful! When I called for a bid on a drywall job Sebastian kindly came the very next morning, on a Saturday. We weren t sure what we needed to do to fix our second story, but he suggested we skim coat the area we were struggling with, and after seeing SASV s work we quickly hired them to complete more projects for us. These guys are great, they take great pride in their work and even offered us tips on projects we had going on at the same time. We would certainly hire them again!

Sebastian and his crew do nice work. We used them for drywall repair and painting. In addition to quality work I found him to be very responsive in terms of wanting to meet with us, answering questions, and following through. I plan to use him again on some other projects.

We had a hard time finding someone to help us re-finish our basement as most companies did not think it was a big enough job (although we did want dry-wall replaced and repaired, putting up of new drywall and removal of a non-weight bearing wall (as well as building a small cabinet to conceal our sump pump and another one to conceal a electrical panel). Sebastian came out same day as I contacted him and looked over the room in order to work up a quote for me. Unlike the other contractors I had been speaking to, he really LISTENED to what we wanted (not what he wanted to do with the place) which was reflected in the quote he returned to me the next day. After looking over the quote (which we believed to be very competitive) we decided to have him price out a few additional things, and again he came out a couple of days later (we contacted him on thanksgiving and he came out the Saturday after) to do some more measurements and then again returned an updated quote the next day. We signed the contracts that Monday and Sebastian and his crew were able to start working that Wednesday which was awesome (again, most of the other contractors we had spoken to would not have been able to start work until February). Throughout the whole process Sebastian and his crew were wonderful to work with. He really worked around our schedule and were actually able to finish the project ahead of time which was a nice surprise. Upon completion of the project he had us "inspect it" to see if we wanted him to change/fix anything but we could not find anything. He then assured us that if we found something later we could always contact him then. If you want to work with a customer service focused company that will work around your schedule and deliver what you ask for, and to a great price, I would definitely recommend SASV construction, LLC. We will definitely hire them again for our next project!
