 + -1 moreOverall excellent customer service and fast response times for an estimate. I wanted to use them to repair damaged cedar siding on my house. Mr. Handyman will do a bait and switch by quoting a lower bid, then excessively increase the final price after adding cost for materials. I had no choice but to use them so wasn't too happy of excessive markups for materials. I asked a copy of the receipt for materials to be sent to me but they refused. You have been warned! If you do business with them, be sure you get the cost of materials or go with another contractor that is honest and provides you a complete estimate that includes time and materials. My quote tripled in cost after the last minute adding of cost for materials.

 + -1 moreIt was excellent. Angi provided me 3 different contractors that were going to quote on the job only one actually responded and that is Mr. Handyman of St Charles. The gentleman came in, looked at the situation, and quoted me. He kept to his quote which was reasonable and did a good bob while the other two contractors blew me off.
