We had tile floor installed along with Luxury Vinyl flooring. Attention to detail, respectful of preserving our baseboards and the complexity of leveling our entire floor was greatly appreciated. Ryan was very knowledgeable about all aspects of our project and we trusted him with the success of leveling our floor which was crucial to the outcome of our project. We couldn’t be happier. We love the tile and luxury vinyl, it’s looks just like we hoped it would!

This company did an excellent job. They were especially careful as they tore out the old kitchen floor and installed a new ceramic tile floor. They were very attentive to detail throughout the entire job. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the installers and the final ceramic tile floor. I would recommend them to anyone.

The project was completed ahead of schedule even with one hiccup due to our house being older. The floor is fantastic. Exceptional flooring literally is exceptional.

It went very well. The owner and a partner did the job very thoroughly and professionally. They cleaned up thoroughly every night before they left and I am extremely pleased with the work they did.

Great! They fit me in after my original person did not show. I had a painter coming and they fit me in a bind. They showed up when they said they would which was great!

Project went exceptional well and completed on schedule by provider. I would highly recommend provider for anyone wanting to undertake a stacked stone project. After a bad experience with a contractor that left us with an improperly installed partially completed kitchen backsplash that had to be removed and the wall repaired, Ryan and his crew came in and did a great job. They were very courteous and took the time to do it right. We would recommend them to anyone.

Ryan is the most clean professional i have ever dealt with. He shows up on time, he tells us how the job is going and what to expect for the days come. He takes his job seriously and takes great pride in his work. We had him sand and refinsh 1600 sq ft of hardwood and it looks amazing. He also did the backsplash in our kitchen and refinished our cabinets. We had him install a hall bathroom with 18x18 inch travertine stone top to bottom all the way around. He did the floor in the master bathroom and he will be back to the shower aswell. He installed carpet in the basement and also some more travertine same as hall bath in area aswell. I cant thank Ryan from Excptional Flooring llc enough. The respect and craftsmanship is unmatched in todays world. We have recommended Ryan and crew so many times and wish them luck with their business. We will be having them back to do future projects.

Contractor was extremely professional and very easy to work with. The quality of work exceeded my expectations and I will definitely hire this company again for future projects. Highly recommended.

Then Ryan re-did the job in question and did a beautiful job -- evenly spaced tiles, beautiful corners, great grouting work. We're very happy with his work. He and his assistant were quite pleasant to have in our house. They were very neat and always put down protective runners over the carpet in the hallway to the bathroom. Furthermore, they always cleaned up the work area everyday and stored their equipment unobtrusively in our garage. I would, and will, hire Ryan of Exceptional Flooring again. (By the way, as he left, Ryan told me they also do hardwood floors and carpeting.)

Exceptional Flooring did a very good job on my master bathroom shower. Full tear out and replaced with porcelain tile and decorative shower wall and niche. My old style bathroom now looks great...

All went in a timely manner set by the contract, was always on time and communication if something came up which was only once he could not show up. Cleaned up after all work was complete, and hauled away all trash.

Ryan laid hardwood floors and installed travertine stone tile in the kitchen of my 1,900 sq ft lake house. Superior customer service and you can tell how much hard work and experience looks once the floors were completed. From the initial contact, throughout the bid process and job completion, Ryan and his team are professional, courteous and experts in their field. I was very impressed with the workmanship and quality they provided. My job was to renovate a master bathroom, replacing floor and a tub with travertine tile and floor to ceiling walk-in shower with feature strip I could not be more pleased with Exceptional Floorings design ideas and professionalism. They were respectful, neat, methodical and clean up at the end of each day and upon job completion. Before we hired Exceptional Flooring LLC we searched for flooring at the local hardware stores. Not finding the quality we wanted we called on Exceptional Flooring LLC. When we met with Ryan he brought samples of quality hardwood and helped us choose which one would suit us. Ryan and his crew had to rip out the kitchen linoleum and then install the hardwood throughout the main area of the house. They had the job complete in one weekend. We plan on having them back when we tile the bathrooms. I would recommend them to anyone! We love our floors!
