Quick, clean, and professional. I realize everything is expensive now days, but 350.00 seemed a little steep for a 45 minute drain clean. Other than that, they were Fantastic!

First, Iâ m a real customer. Iâ ve had other plumbing companyâ s here and they just snaked the line but the problem was never corrected. Not only that the employees were shady. It was wasted money every time. Andrew from Zoom Drain came in and ran his camera through the drain showing it was FULL of sludge. It was a no brainer, he power washed it out all the way to my septic system. Drain works great now. Weather you have a drain issue or not, this is a preventative maintenance item you should have done !! Power wash not just snake it. Itâ ll save on added corrosion on your pipes too which could translate to a repair bill. Feels so good finally getting your moneys worth . Tom M

Called Zoom Drain for a sewer main inspection at one of my properties. Very responsive and was able to get me on the schedule next day. The line is old but not in disrepair, so we decided to start a preventative maintenance schedule for the full building system. Gives me peace of mind that tenants won't have emergency backup situations.

Zom drains customer service was excellent. Very communicative in scheduling and arriving to my appointment. The tech Andrew was super knowledge. He was able to clear our main clog from a floor drain in the basement, then located our yard clean out for us for future access.

He led me through the entire process, including clearing the clog, showing me with a camera the roots that caused the blockage in my sewer main, water jetting the line to remove the roots, and showing me the cleaned out line after he was done. 10/10 service.
