Great! Scheduling was easy; the work was done punctually and professionally. A previous company we'd used had made a major project out of the same work last year; what a welcome relief to have someone do it so efficiently! We opted to have a small job beyond the Deal done at the same time.

I would recommend this company to everyone. Loved they are a small local, family owned business. Our furnace-boiler went out on a Saturday, Monday morning they were out and a quote in the afternoon. Vitt's estimate was only slightly higher than the 2015 cost while the two other estimates were 20-30% higher. Vitt was great to work with and they were very familiar with quirk old buildings in the city of St. Louis. They were prompt and professional.

Well. It took some extra time to locate the actual unit amongst the others on the roof.

Everything went well. Vitt arrived on time the day of installation and began immediately and worked through the next 2.5 days. The installation went well. However, there was a slight vibration in the blower motor at full blower speed so the lead installer came back out after checking with the manufacturer and worked for several more hours until the issue was resolved. Highly recommended

I am in the process of selling my home, and the home inspection called for further evaluation of my AC and Furnace. The furnace did need to be replaced, but they issued a horrible evaluation of a 10 year old functional AC, saying that, "Inspect A/C found condenser coils smashed beyond repair. Checked refrigerant and found unit almost dry." I had a second inspection done on the AC soon after, and the inspector said that those comments were a gross exaggeration. The AC while 10 years old, was functionally fine, but needed 2 lbs of R22 added.

It wasn't his fault he had to do something with the gas line outside and it broke. Ended up having to have the fire dept out, it wasn't his fault the line was so cold it broke off. He handled it in a timely fashion. I mean intimidate and got the ball rolling making sure no one got hurt, he was really safe.

They showed up exactly on time and got right to work. They took extra steps to make sure everything was fixed over and above what I expected. They were courteous and extremely knowledgable. At the completion they went over everything with me and explained all the work done. I have never been happier to have a scheduled repair cancelled so that I could get the best repair and service. Thank you so much for the outstanding work performed. I have and will continue to recommend VITT. I am ashamed at myself for not remembering their names. VERY HAPPY HOMEOWNER

Very well. The technician came on time and replaced the faulty element in 1 hour. The problem is the price he charged me for this element - $233.00. Online the price is $23-30.0. I had to pay a premium price for this element though. That makes me very unhappy.

This company has integrity. I had called a so-called reputable company in the Metro East that tried to rip me off. Be careful of these companies that are out to prey on unsuspecting clients. I say call on Vitt Heating and Cooling because they're not out to bankrupt you.

It went fine. Very responsive and quickly taken care of. And the office personnel was very attentive and responsive also.

The inspection and cleaning was done to my satisfaction assuring that my furnace was ready for this winter.

Unfortunately my unit is old and I prayed that it would give me more time. I understand that it needs to be replaced. He informed me of the the danger of using the furnace. He turned it off and asked me to keep it off for my protection.
